Vet bad behaviour of staff when I came with friends the staff was watching my friends like they dont see any girls in thier hotel. Vet bad hotel in bilaspur I will never come in this hotel u also search different hotel. Manager attitude is also not good.
First half all I would like say about the AC rooms. It was very clean and well maintained room ever I had stayed before. Such a best and friendly receptionist and also other staffs. Thanks for providing me this kind of experience.
Water supply is not good, dirty water with dust partial are coming Water is looking like black and reddish. In night power supply was also intrupted . Blanket was not clean

Rooms weren't maintained properly, but service is by far the worst . Every day at some point we found that the lift wasn't working their excuse was lift was getting fixed. don't know how a lift gets broken and fixed at the same day everyday. We staye
