Hotel Sharada International - Hotel in Mumbai, Thane - Thane, India

My experience at Hotel Sharada International: Location: Thane West Age of the building: The hotel seemed to be a very old property Connectivity: It is very close to the Thane Railway Station within a 10 minutes walk. To start with, lift wasn't available from ground floor to first floor. Even though there were staff to carry the luggage, the unavailability of the lift would be a great inconvenience to elderly people. Secondly, the entire parking space was quite small and could fit only 3 cars. One thing for sure is that cleanliness is maintained at its lowest level possible. Seriously, the moment we entered the room there was a sickening smell and don't even get me started about how horribly maintained the restroom was. The inside part of the bucket that was provided was really slimy and I felt grossed out just thinking about using it. Most importantly the toilet's seater was broken! The moment I opened the cupboard I was disgusted by how dusty it was and it was full of tiny insects. The blankets had a strong, nauseating smell. Even the pillow covers weren't changed .The bed was so dirty that me and my family felt very hesitant to even sleep on it. Overall, the room was very unhygienic. I wouldn't even recommend this place for a one night stay. If you don't have any other choice or this is the only place you can afford, then this place is mediocre at best. You can just push through one night and get out.

Room service and the staff behaviour is not polite. Hotel staff should be polite but during my stay staff services are not that much worth.

This is the most affordable and cleanest hotels available in Thane. I booked this online from MMT for two nights stay. The hotel staffs are very helpful and very accommodating. The rooms are very clean and spacious, comes with AC, TV, geyser, free Wi-Fi, they've also got in-house food service. The only thing they can improve is the time to prepare your food. Rest, full marks for every other department.

It's economical but don't expect a high level of cleanliness, food is served from outside. I think one can go for better place for family. But good part is room size is big

Horrible... Rooms are not that great.... Service is big issue. Room cleaning not done in between two day's stay... No hot water available early morning, you need to chase the attendent for hot water. Also they have only one A.C. remote for entire hotel... Lighting also bad, you cannot even shave in that pale yellow light on basin... Stay away from this hotel...

Worst hotel with worst service ever ,receptionist told me charges are 2000 for 8 hour stay but when i paid money by paytm she said u will have to pay 300 more because i paid via paytm ...... worst room cockroaches all over room , bathroom tap not working stinky bed no cleanliness , no privacy either u can literally hear everything from outside to ur room , worst hotel ever do not ever try

I liked the room at is was quite big. But there is water clogging problem we we took bath, the water wouldn't go at all. The wash basin would leak and water would fall down every time we used it. The TV would stop working very often. We had to call the room service again n again. Hotel staff was very good n supportive. Room cleaning was done regularly as per our requirement.
