WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE: I booked a deluxe AC room at Rs1500, but the AC wasn't working. The room stank of mildew. There were bedbugs. WHAT I LIKED: The staff are well behaved and helpful. Location is good, directly opposite Raipur Railway station.
We stayed 1 day here, The super deluxe room charged 2000/- which was spacious. But ac was not working properly, electrical issues like no power for 3hrs , all loose connections, the complimentary water was not mineral water they served local municipal tap water. Atleast they are not given in prior, provided after we asked
Nice place to stay Very cooperative staff ... Only missing was the kitchen part They don't have their own kitchen so you have to order from nearby restaurants... But that's not a big deal as staff is always there to pick it up from restaurant and drop it off by your door

I have used this hotel twice and the experience was good. Rooms are good and spacious. Location-wise, hotel is visible from Railway station (just across the road). Haven't used room services so no idea about it ...but you can ask them to bring food from outside (may be costly, choose wisely). Overall you can have a peaceful stay!

The lady at reception desk was so rude.. We reached at hotel 1Hr before but she denied to give us room even all rooms were vacant and available.. She asked me to pay 600/- extra per room just for 1Hr early check-in.. I am completely disappointed.. because I had already paid 3500 /- per night for 2 rooms.. Also room were not clean, dusty and hairy.. washroom were dirty and hangers / lock were broken.. No ventilation to room and bathroom.. Only one charging point in room.. We were unable to charge our mobile.. So bad.. and rates are so high.. not matching the expectations.. very bad experience.. not happy..
The service and location was good but hygiene was not upto the mark, cockroaches were there, Geyser was not working. The hotel staff need to be work on it. Wifi speed is normal around 1 Mbps to 40 Mbps so you can also work there online.
