Well done Shanta Inn, we met the worst hotel in the whole India, actually the worst manager. We came from France right there, he cancelled the booking and sold the rooms to others without telling us. Rude, haughty and disrespectful. Sadly we didn't sleep here so we cannot tell about the cleanliness of the rooms but it sounds immaculate of course.

A room, bed, toilet and a roof, that's all. If you're looking to spend less time in the room, and more outside, I would still suggest you stay on the railway platform. I got no other place due to the world cup match, else I wouldn't have taken this. Only positive, it is 1km from the railway station.

The hotel is centrally located n very near from Lucknow charbagh railway station , the hotel staffs are very good and the ambiance is pretty good , so I recommend this hotel . Check it out if u r planning to visit Lucknow..

Not a good place to stay. Only plus is the location close to Charbagh station. Not clean. Service isn't good. Tariff is high as compared to quality. Not value for money

Worst experience in my life, hot water will come after 2hrs, 1st day no towel was available, no room cleaning service for the day, we stayed for 3days but no cleaning...One of my Worst Experience...
