They won't provide complimentry water bottles don't know even evry hotel in delhi provide water to the per person individually Some rooms looks like neat but not all

Worst Hotel Stay ! During my recent stay at Hotel in Ajmer, Rajasthan for branch visit purpose, i want to highlight the condition of Hotel booked for me.Kindly find the attached photos of the Hotel room i have taken yesterday during my stay, these are the second room photos offered me after escalation previous room was more in worse condition. we have reserved a standard AC room but ac was not working and you see the pictures of the room and we are afraid to stay in this kind of hotel.One of the worst hotel that i have stayed in my life... they charge huge amount and quality of service is zero.

Very much low quality hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are untidy. Looks like no maintenance are done over long period of time. Blankets provided are also not clean. But behavior of staffs are good. I would say it is not good choice to stay here.

bad experience, cleanness does matter,cleanness was poor in the waiting hall corridor, this hotel blanket donot hv cover, on the table chair tv dust was there, bisleri water 1l charged 25 rs, telphone was not working to call reception, only 1 service boy, clean ness in floor was poor too, it seem 1st floor was ckeaned vut 2nd floor was bad

really comfortable rooms and clean and...best room for... couple, family and others can you came...id proof there and ....stay safe and securely, you can came early and enjoy your every best moments for his partner and ....others people you can came in ajmer you also ..try one...shankar palace,

Worst hotel i never seen before they refuse to provide rooms which booked on online they are just selling rooms for higher prices on counter

Though we had booked this hotel for a day but due to sudden change in travel plan we stayed there for couple of hours. Location of this hotel is excellent as Railway station and Roadways (Govt.)Bus Stand within 5mins distance. Lift/Elevator is there for old/differently abled persons. We have booked Non AC deluxe room(though window ac was installed in the room) room was ok, having chair teapoy cubbord was there. Bathroom was small.

Maintenance is almost zero. Now this hotel looks like a halwaee shop with kadee kachori and other things. Room bathrooms are dirty and not at all maintained. Lots of dirt is there. Yes definitely service is good as of now. You can smell food items smell in almost all the rooms. I don't know how goibibo and other hotels platforms give 4.1 raiting.
