Had gone from Kolkata to attend a wedding reception. Stayed at this hotel for a day. The location is amazing, near to the Junction mall which makes it a hotspot in the city. The rooms were decent enough with television, air conditioning and the hotel had a nice restaurant on the 4th floor.
Stayed for one night, the hotel location is excellent. Hotel staff, especially the reception was very cordial.....got a very warm welcome . Complimentary breakfast was very nice
Behavior at reception is unprofessional. Talking loudly among themselves and guests waiting to checkout or check in. Some rooms are damp. They discourage online booking.

I loved this hotel's location. It's right in the center of Durgapur. The communication is great from here, u got several showrooms adjacent to it and also a nice Mall for shopping and relaxing! The rooms are good, if not the best. Service was prompt... I recommend it
The hotel dose not provide drinking water to guests in the rooms. It is chargeable. I find it very strange and taking undue advantage of guests staying. People offer free drinking water to all but the hotel management has a different view point( only earning money). When asked the hotel people says that they are thinking on it. Sorry to say but I personally will not recommend anyone to stay in the hotel. I may be very blunt but it is true. Hotel industry means hospitality but here it does not exist.
