Most worst one. Unsafe,unhygienic. Notorious for illegal works. Never,never come here either with family or friends. Very very bad experience. Bed was very dirty. Bathroom with no window glass. Bad smell coming from the rooms. Hopeless.

One of the most worst hotel in india..never never never ever come here..it's was just bad and most bad rooms are here..very bad smelling rooms and not clean bathrooms and rooms .. bedsheet are too much dirty and pillows are also dirty..don't come here by mistake.. bathroom are too dirty and unhealthy...not provided water on time even water is not available here..hotel owners are not present and other people are taking a illigal business of couple are they provide rooms for couple for bad purpose..even they are not behave properly..rude behaviour..lift not available..not provided rooms for 2days..too much illigal business here..not cctv camera are here..hot water not available ..water not available.. cigarette buds are in rooms ..too much dirty rooms.. don't go with family and friends...they spoil your vacation..

I was absolutely disappointed. The staff at the reception received me with a cold smile and we're totally indifferent. The plug points in the room were not working. No proper hot water. Taps dripping. Bed sheet had stains. When I asked about food, I was simply told the restaurant is closed for two days. I will hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. In stead of spending the night here, one should prefer to sleep on the pavement! I hope the hotel improves and offers quality time by the time I visit Aurangabad next time!

Very bad experience with this hotel. Don't go there with family. No cleanliness, bad smell in room's. I was immediately cancel room on the spot and re-booked my hotel with the help of MMT support team.

Sure, I can describe. The AC room that was given to me was smelling of cigarette smoke, stinking badly and felt nauseous. I asked your executive to provide different room, but he said only this particular room was available. I had to believe him as I checked in at morning 04:30 with 2 kids. The towels/soap were not given until I asked for. The towel that was given had turned grey/black and was rough. When I asked for drinking water the executive said, that the water available at hotel is tap water, he suggested to buy water bottles. I expected a better experience considering the brand 'Shangrila'.

Worst of all worst places in the city. They promised a farm house villa kind of room and gave some stupid rooms in the city with worst eminities. Please don't trust the owner Oves who cooked story to show a very good pics which are different from reality just to sell a very cheap hotels rooms.

Room are not clean, even mattress are having tharmacol layer. Over top of all they are not accepting Online bookings.
