Hotel Shangri-La Jalandhar - Hotel in Jalandhar - Jalandhar, India

Went there many times earlier and the service and rooms were all top notch, but this time everything just degraded. The rooms looked shady and the staff was very rude as well. It felt weird how come a place that used to be so beautiful turned out this way. I won't plan any other stay there, many better options are available at the same price as well.

Please stay away from this hotel ! The owner makes false accusations and lies so he can more money ! He already received a payment and add non exciting charges ! Then he threatens with police ! Then he says he didn't say anything like this ! Please stay away from this hotel for your own sake and save some money !

A nice banquet for having family parties. Price would be on higherside, but you do get the chance to negotiate depending on the no of people. Situated on main road with easy accessibility and plenty of space for hassel free parking. There are quite few shopping options available with in walkable distance.

The receptionist boy's behavior is very rude.... Very bad experience in hotel...

1-Jan-2021 - They don't provide kettle or even single water bottle complimentary. Not even coffe pouches or teabags (they say this is because of covid but I stayed in other hotels too during covid and they do provide everything) . they replaced their menu with chatterbox now. Its expensive. Service was good but everything elese was average! Delux room is like guest house room. Mattress's springs was all over the body could not sleep well and their room has grills over the door , thats was the 2nd reason i couldn't sleep because te room was cold. I asked the cleaning guy to give me extra blanket he didn't listen i guess. He ignored I guess. Washroom is ok too. I stayed here before in executive room. that was good experience. Average. Bed wasn't good.increasing your budget by ...will give you 2X better room than heres.I stayed here in March 2020 then Everything was good then .This time I didn't like it here.

The first view of the hotel room might disappoint you, but it's definitely worth for its price. The room has a tea maker, automatic hot water geaser and AC. Ventilation is not good, but hotel has made good attempt to provide an exhaust fan and a ventilation duct. Hotel might consider improving quality of the linen, as the pillow covers started to torn apart. Reception staff was very courteous and welcoming and the hotel environment was safe and peaceful.

we had a function there. The service was like a nightmare. We were ashamed and even apologize to our guests for hotel staff's poor service. and what a manager. Truely good for money taking and no responsibility at all. if you want to harass some one ask him or her to have a function or party at this place.

Shangrila is ultimately the best in town. Yet again Amandeep mam always proves to be the best and very quick. Very much dedicated and professional towards work. I really appreciate this kind of attitude towards work. Amandeep ji is very polite and gentle. The rooms are very neat and clean room service is very fast. Location is good. Breakfast is fine too especially the ommlette. Everything is perfect there is no place better than shangrila in terms of location,staff,ambience,quality,service,parking,price and everything is worth it. Thankyou respected amandeep mam for your immense services. Keep up the hardwork. Service,staff,ambience,silence,food,parking facility,cleanliness everything was just perfect.
