The rooms were cozy and clean. The reception guys were very helpful and friendly. Good for a budget stay in Ratnagiri. Just a improvement point would be pest control needs to be done in the bathroom that part can be improved on
Very bad services and behaviour of so called owner. Even he has no manners of how to talk with guest. Avoid to booking this hotel. No kitchen breakfast.. checkout timing is 09:00 am.
You need to climb a few stairs and there is an elevator. It's a small one. The hotel is on the third floor. There are 7 rooms in total. The room was clean and neat. The washroom was also clean. There is an electric geyser. But the water was not that hot. They provide a small soap, some tissue papers , glasses,one water bottle/ night and bath towels. You can select breakfast for an additional cost. Room service is available. On the ground floor there is a restaurant named "Sagoti".
Hotel is centrally located. Friendly staff. Ample car parking space. Good hospitality

Worst hotel to stay in Ratnagiri. They start knocking the door for check out at 8AM. Staff and owner both are nonsense. Rude behaviour.
Had a nice experience at Hotel Shalom Stay. Decent, clean rooms with all modern amenities. Helpful staff. Location is in main city. Got a complementary breakfast and had multiple options. I tried idali sambar and taste was good. Reasonable price. It could be good option if you are planning to have stay at Ratnagiri.
It is good clean hotel on the main road, richshaw are also available. limited option for breakfast however food at Sagoti Hotel located on ground floor is awesome, you can try homemade thali everyday. staff is also co-operative however owner need to look at functioning of lift, it sometimes does not halt at desired floors. overall good hotel. nice place for family as location is good with all options nearby
