I booked the hotel for three days from 9th to 12th may 2023. Total 5 rooms were booked. The reception service is clearly impolite, unprofessional, and unhygienic really very bad smell stinks where noticed the rooms are very very bad and presence of a bad odour in all rooms . The policy of chick in and check out is worst. Actually the staff is not professional
Second time visit to this hotel Bit costly as its old fashioned interiors doesnt calls for such price But spacious, good food and on the highway for the easy to find
The rooms are okay. The hotel is on Mumbai Goa highway and highway work is going on due to which at night there is noise of JCB and other road construction vehicle and people . The place would be noisy until Goa Mumbai highway work gets complete.
Hotel is at the prime location. But service is poor. Not very maintained. Basic facilities like Wifi, 24/7 hot water were not available. Kitchen was closed till 6.30 pm everyday and they don't serve tea/coffee also when the restaurent is closed. Main problem is there is no lift. Can be inconvenient for the old people to climb 2-3 floors.
Rooms are spacious comfortable and clean. The lighting in the room can be improved upon. Washroom needs to be maintained. Staff is friendly and provides prompt service. Food is amazing as well Friendly Staff. Hotel is nearby Chiplun Bus Stand
Its not as it used to be in past. Astethic look has changed. I understand, due to road widening of NH17, parking space is reduced. However upkeeping interior in presentable condition can be achieved. Room tariff is affordable.
Excilent atmosphere. Rooms were good and clean. Food very very good and affordable. Staff helpful and co-operative Overall v v nice and pleasent stay..
Very down to earth crew ... Crew isFriendly in nature. Rooms are very well maintained and the hotel is right next to the road so no worries about getting a vehicle... The hotel crew also helps is getting a vehicle so traveling is not an issue also! Their is ample of space for parking !

Lovely food good taste any dish. Basin water tap problem not solved since my first visit in 2013 till date. Wastage of water from basin outside washroom. But are clean hygienic and well maintain. Decent car parking as well.
Everything from staff to room fare were good and within budget, food is amazing. Will definitely recommend to try this atleast once Good stop for bikers, hp petrol pump and garage are right next to this hotel
