Mu experience was really poor with this hotel. It was a waste of money. They had cockroachs in the room, no towels, no hand soaps, even the sheets weren't clean. The staff is unresponsive and takes a lot of time to respond. They take a full advance payment for the room then bill you at the end of your stay during your check out and add the GST at the end. Extremely poor stay.
One of the pathatic service services of this hotel, Also they had done cheating with us, I had paid all the amount but at the time of check out they had additional charges from me.
I suggest to every visitor to avoid this kinds of property because Bhopal had more better hotel which better and fair service
Beware form the room package which was shown as delux OR premium are non another then as regularly

Worst services.
Price for 1 room came at end was 6500, it wasn't communicated earlier. They asked for extra GST while checking out and we thought the charges we paid were including GST.
Room service was the worst, they didn't had a blanket to serve!

One of the worst experience I ever had . Manager is rude and they will missguided u at the time of checking about price and lastly change a huge amount . U will keep asking to ON ac but they won't , I have seen guests will end up fighting with manager about the price during checkout . Not at all recommend
Expensive with respect to facilities they provide. Not even 1 Star Hotel but Price Tag is of 5 Star. Other hotels nearby like Samrat and Gaurav are better.
Most ghatiya hotel in bhopal. I have full recording of there misbehaviour. Anyone required I may send them directly. Pls don't send your family to stay there. They give some price and deduct other price. They are the most disgusting people.
