Very uncleaned room , very bad service , very bad staff behavior, too much bed bugs and mosquitos in room

The prices are deceitful....They just take guest in and charge a bomb while checking out... amenities are in poor condition, poor lighting and poor maintenance. Rooms are ill ventilated with full of mosquitoes, TV does not works, toilet is broken and no geyser. Staffs are non-cooperative and owner is equally rude.

Pathetic. The manager is extremely rude, no room services were provided. The worst place to live in. If it would be the last place to live in, I would happily live on the streets or under some tree. Don't ever go there.

I went to Gaya and visited this Hotel Shakun in 1st week of September 2021. Arrived Gaya Junction at 0600 hrs and had to check-in in a hotel. Hotel locaton is very close to Gaya Railway station road. I checked-in at 7000 hrs which seemed very good , as most hotel check-in time is about 12 noon. Non AC Double beedroom charges is Rs 600 and Ac room charges is Rs 1200. I took the 1st one. Room was not cleaned, so they told me they'll clean the room. My experience was as follows: 1. Fan speed was not good, Cheap ceiling fan used. I checked other rooms too but same condition. 2. Bathroom was decent BUT no soap-shampoo-towel were given. When asked they said it is not provided, which is not good as par with hotel charges. Only a bottle of handwash was there in bathroom. 3. Bed was not clean but hotels usually cover it with CLEAN BEDSHEETS. Bedsheet seemed to be used/not cleaned with few holes in it. I asked them to change it but the changed bedsheet had holes too. Soch lo ye aaisa hotel hai jaha fatta bedsheet dete hai. I had taken my own bedsheet for train travel so I managed. 4. At evening there was no water in bathroom for about 2 hrs. Next morning also there was no water for 1.5 - 2 hrs . When water came then the sink was jamed and water came out of bathroom. They took another 2 hrs to fix that. 5. The staff boy was good in behaviour. Reception person was rude. 6. Instead of giving good service they repeteadly asked for tip. 7. The part above the door was open although nobody can unlock door from outside. 8. After staying for 1 day i decided to move to another hotel. At checkout time they charged me for 1 extra day as I stayed extra 2hrs for bathroom water issue. So I stayed for 2nd day as my train was on third day. 9. Food at the hotel was below average and cost more like in a 5star hotel. Do not order food in room as it'll cost you even higher. Rather go out and you can find better hotel nearby. 10. The hotel owner allowed outsiders (who do not stays at hotel or pay room charges) to use unoccupied hotel room bathrooms for 20-30 Rupees. Room charges are for 24 hrs only. Ther is no particular check-in/ check-out time. TV remote was not working. Nither sanitization done nor hotel staffs wore mask. I would suggest to check other hotel nearby before this hotel. There are many good hotels within 500 meters. Consider this hotel as last option only if no other hotels are available. Room charges should be below Rs 400/500. Negotiate before taking room. Just in front of Gaya Railway Station. Very crowded and noisy place. Impossible to sleep in night with continuous horn sound of vehicles. Rooms are not so clean but spacious. Cheap rent Rs 700 per day. 24 hrs check out. Rooms are full of mosquitos 24 hours. Food is easily available. One can catch the train in the midnight without fear. Shops nearby are opened 24 hours.

Situated just opposite side of the Gaya junction railway station on a busy road. There is a resturant on ground floor. Other floor are used as hotel. Not a very good hotel. It's very dirty. Resturant is also not clean and I think it is not hygienic. Staffs are not well behaved. It is not a good place for staying and taking food with family and friends.

Cleanliness issue, water issue. Jyada kuchh nhi bas yahan hmesha pani ki kami hai Very very poor services If you'll plan to stay here you'll just regret, regret and regret.

The hotel charges are ambigious. They are not transparent and don' t keep communication clear enough and charged a bomb at the time of check out.....Non-AC rooms without geyser with poor lighting and unclean bathroom, additionally mosquito amd ill-ventilation has made me sick.
