At Srinagar near dal lake best hotel. From hotel room you can see view of dal lake. Good parking system. Lift available so no problem for seniors citizens. Good arrangement for seeing nearest places.near Local sports .Good location. Good food and behaviors of stuff.
Stay: 13/9/23 to 17/9/23 This is a very nice property with the worst management. Geyser is not working, rooms are dirty, for 2 rooms I pay 8k per day but I don't think this property deserves that much amount. Don't come with your family they can't provide any facilities.
Date of Stay - 8th June 2023. Pros- Good Restaurant Only Cons- 1. Worst front management who were not ready to take feedback. Instead they shout back at customers. 2. They don't turn on generator when electricity is gone. (You can have a night without electricity in the room) 3. Elevator is very very risky to use. 4. Washrooms need maintenance.
The location of the hotel is great as the view of dal lake during the night is beautiful. The staff was also very friendly. But housekeeping can be improved. Overall comfortable stay at the hotel.
The front desk staff was very unprofessional and un welcoming and did not want to hear the feedback. Rooms are very old and elevators are not functioning all the time. They only accept cash and no cards or digital payments though initially during check-in they had agreed to accept the card. There was loud noise at midnight and staff did not tell the folks anything instead convincing us they are college folks and nothing can be done.
The worst hotel to ever stay in. They refused to give us food and water bottles. Management is worse. The worst hotel in kashmir. Don't ever book ruined our wedding. Food and service so bad.
Rooms are ok don't believe on picture. Hotel is old property. Service is zero inter-com not working in one room and second room doesn't has the landline instrument. Many times I inform the reception person intercom is not working. The guy told sir please adjust our intercom's are not working. For stay and room 3* and service is 1*
