Hotel Shagun Zirakpur - Hotel in Panchkula, Zirakpur - S.a.s Nagar, India

The hotel is good, the appearance and atmosphere is good, If we compare it with other hotels around then it is far better compared with the cost and atmosphere, and there is a lot of Parking space. Food is also good, They need to take little care about room housekeeping before handover to customers.

The rooms, the service, the washrooms everything was on point, perfect! Except for the fact that they didn't add toiletries in the room and you have to pay extra for that, just carry your own. Other than that the rooms are nice, spacious and so is the washroom! Will surely visit again. Had a great night there it was worth every penny!

I had a flight to catch in the morning, so i booked this hotel because it is near to the airport. I checked in at 9pm. The hotel location and area is good. The fiod I ordered foe dinner was tasty and quantity was more than enough. The hotel staff was prompt and courteous. My stay was very good. People who want a day or two stay for work purpose can definitely stay here. It is even good for family. Safety.

They have stated their hotel is 3 star but i will not consider the same as a 3 star as the rooms were not upto the mark (which symbolizes the luxurious) overall the service was good. We have stand only for a night so it was manageable but the cars sent by the hotels for pickup was good enough from station they charges 1000 and from airport they charges 1200. Location was great the hotel was situated in the main road only. The place is very much appropriate for the parties they have banquet.

Everything was perfect but, room size is also good. The only thing which I didn't like was AC panel was broken, although it was working perfectly fine. Also window are making sound when switch on AC. There was leakage in the room, as in morning there was rain, and when I woke up water was coming inside from one of the window. Overall comfortable stay in this hotel.

Stay in Hotel is satisfactory. They provided the facility for our driver stay with his meal, that too free of cost. This is the best service which you don't get in any of the Hotel in Panchkula. Only observation is that They have to work on their bathrooms & should arrange Steam iron press for the guests, who are willing to use steam iron own their own.

The hotel is grand from outside with spacious parking and greenery. The reception area is spacious and the people there are polite. But no one to help carry your luggage(as we had only one medium suit it is no issue for us). The room is nice for the price range. The roadside view is good. Adequate furniture, nice bed, AC. More than okay for us. Only a bottle of water and adequate TCM supplies for 2.need to order extra water. The bathroom is okay with wall mounted body wash and hand wash liquid supplies, no dental kit and bathroom slippers. Extra charge for those, quite odd! Hot showers ++. No balcony and no windows can be opened. For ventilation only option is bathroom vent. So sometimes I felt suffocating. Few power cuts but immediate generator backup. So no issue with line cuts. Room service is super fast and to the point. There was no hangar and rods for it which was provided very fast. The food is just amazing, super tasty. We ordered cheese pakoda, chicken biryani, masalaa paapad, murg makhamali tikka which was super delicious. Peanut masala would have been best only if the peanuts were without an inner cover(brown cover.... don't know the exact word for now). Amritsari fish is not much different from regular fried fish for me. Opt for buffet breakfast. Though not much options but very good items and fresh tasty items. Much better than ordering individual breakfast items. All in all would give 4.5 out of 5 rating. Didn't regret a bit for being here.

The room is average..we had to face power cut through the night multiple times and. The chicken at the restaurant provided to us was bad and spoiled one..some of us had discentary because of that..they have good parking area and roome service is good on a positive note...they have hall facility available.the rooms provided to us does not have any windows also..
