It was nice & clean room. Hotel is situated on the prime location. Also, the staff here is very much sincere & co-operative. Location is very much situated on centralized hub from there it becomes very easy for me to transit across the city local touring.

ROOM NO. 212DATE OF BOOKING --} 09-11-2022 TO 11-11-2022WE HAD AN WORST EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL STAF IS NOT AT ALL COOPERATIVE, NO FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE, IF YOU TELL THEM TO DO SOMETHING AFTER 2-3 TIMES ALSO THEY WILL NOT DO,WE HAD BOOKED AN ROOM FOR 3 PERSON BUT THEY PROVIDED A ROOM FOR TWO WITH ONE KING BED AND SAID THEY WILL PROVIDE EXTRA FLOOR BED, BUT AFTER TELLING SINCE MORNING ATLEAST 5-6 TIMES THEY SENT IT IN NIGHT BUT THEN THEY SAID, YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA 400/- RS. CHARGES FOR THAT OTHER WISE YOU WILL NOT GET BREAKFAST WHICH IS ALREADY INCLUDED IN BOOKING AND THEN SAID YOU HAVE TO TALK WITH RECEPTION BOY FOR THIS MATTER & WHEN WE WENT TO RECEPTION THE RECEPTION WAS VERY BUSY IN WATCHING SOME MOVIES IN OFFICIAL COMPUTER AND THEN HE SAID THAT SORRY SIR I CHECKED THAT EXTRA BED IS INCLUDED SORRY. IF HE CAME TO KNOW THAT, DON'T HE NEED TO INFORM US WHY WE NEED GO TO THE RECEPTION AND ASK.AFTER CHECK-IN WE CALLED FOR WATER IN THE ROOM THEY DIDN'T SENT THEN WE HAVE TO CALL THEM 3-4 TIMES FOR WATER ABD THEN THEY SENT, IN EVENING WHEN WE AGAIN ASKED FOR WATER THEY SAID CLEAR NO AND TOLD YOU HAVE TO BUY A PACKAGED DRINKING WATER BUT AFTER DISCUSSION THEY PROVIDED WATER.WE WERE SACRED TO ASK THEM ANYTHING B'COZ OF THEIR BEHAVIOUR.WHOLE STAF WAS NOT AT ALL INTERESTED IN PROVIDING CUSTOMERS A DELIGHFULL EXPIRIENCE.THE PERSON WHO WAS ON OUR FLOOR (2ND FLOOR) HAD PUTTED A HANDSET OF TELEPHONE ASIDE THAT THEY DON'T HAVE TO TAKE CUSTOMERS CALL AND DON'T PROVIDE SERVICE.BATHROOM WAS NOT CLEANED AND VERY SMELLY B'COZ OF MAY BE BROKEN WINDOW GLASS WHERE ONLY ONE TOWL PROVIDED FOR 3 PERSON THEN WE NEED TO ASK FOR THAT.THE ROOMS OF THIS IS QUITE GOOD AND MANAGEABLE BUT HOTEL'S MANAGEMENT AND STAF IS NOT ALL RECOMMENDED.THANKS AND I HOPE AFTER THIS THEY MAY DO SOMETHING FOR UPCOMING CUSTOMERS.

Very worst and stale food provided to us and guests. Better to order cheapest tiffin which will 100 times better than this. Low quality breakfast, they will give after lots of reminder. Totally waste of money. Never do mistake to arrange function here.

Amazing place to stay. Much secure and great service. However, food and snacks are a bit costly but as there is no local market near to this place so cost can't be on a lower end. Rooms: They have variety of rooms available and all complimentary water bottle is provided Staff: Very friendly and they provided quick service and ensured Customers do not face issues Receptionist Mr. Avinash was kind enough to provide whatever information you asked to him about the neighbourhood Fresh towels, soap, and shampoo is provided in the room. All rooms contain refrigerators. Suggestion: They are missing on oven, but if you asked them to heat up your food they always do it for you at no additional cost. Overall my stay was relaxing and had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place for one to stay.

Awesome hotel rooms were very clean its in budget hotel and staff helped me alot ,because had some injury in my leg so staff taken me on chair ne dropped me in room.very coprative staff and their manager also.thank you so much.
