There are very good doctors in Batra Clinic. My hair was falling a lot. Then I took homeopathic treatment and suddenly it became magical. Hair became very strong and shiny. Hair fall also stopped. The staff of the clinic are very helpful and the staff of the pharmacy are very helpful. Good, explains the medicine very well. All the staff are very helpful. Ajay sir explains very well and then it seems as if the disease has been cured and takes you to the doctor.

Don't book this hotel from any online portal as they will not allow you check-in. They are frauds and will ask you to cancel with some reason and ask to book with them directly. They will charge you more than you have paid online. Those people are frauds and running a scam to loot the customers. There were 3-4 customers along with us and they were also facing same issue. They only care about money and not about customers.

Cleanliness and Maintenance: (2/5) One of the most disappointing aspects of my stay was the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The room I was assigned to was far from being in an acceptable state. Dusty surfaces, stained upholstery, and a musty odor were prevalent throughout. The bathroom was no exception, with dirty tiles and a lack of basic toiletries. Facilities and Amenities: (2/5) Hotel Shagun Residency advertised several facilities and amenities on their website, but the reality fell far short of expectations. Dining Experience: (3/5) The dining experience at Hotel Shagun Residency was one of the few redeeming factors. Service during meal times was inconsistent, and the dining area itself felt cramped and lacked an inviting atmosphere. Conclusion: My stay at Hotel Shagun Residency in Mathura was far from enjoyable. The lackluster customer service, subpar cleanliness, and inadequate facilities left me feeling disheartened and unsatisfied. While the dining experience offered a glimmer of positivity, it was not enough to outweigh the numerous shortcomings of this establishment. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Hotel Shagun Residency to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Mathura.

Have stayed in almost all the properties pan india , but as a hotel, assume the staffs especially the front office, should be a bit trained and professional. Would start with check in, we arrived at 1 pm , where in no one at reception , asked the boy present there , he informed they will come in 10 mins , we with out family including senior citizens and children have to wait in the reception , till these people arrive , we waited and waited , then 2 people came and the arrogency was at its peak.. After check in we found the room was not ready , we got the rooms cleaned and it almost took 1 hours for out check I'm including the cleaning and check in formalities.. The main issue arrived on the day of check out , where the actual greed came out, while we went to the temple and got delayed by 15 mins, the 2 gentlemen at the reception started jumping on us , as if we have done a crime. Assume they are not aware of the customer service and mere a money making organization. they charged us for 1 entire day for this delay of 15 mins in check out. we checked out at around 1, and after all this while we were on our way comes a msg that they did not calculated the food bill , anyways all said and done we paid the food bill through gpay. Would suggest the owners of the hotel to look at these guys sitting at the reception and if they are the owners god helps them.Trust anyone who have visited properties pan india would at 1st instance gaze the Unprofessionalim in running a property. would leave other guests to comment on these as they don't fear on the reviews and do things to threaten the customers.

No clean and hygiene. I personally won't recommend this hotel to anyone. They did not replace the bedsheets and blankets which were used by some other people the previous day. I couldn't even take a bath here. Can't step into their restaurant, it was smelling. One of the staff was just helping, but won't recommend. Photos in Google maps and MakeMyTrip looks good, but not the reality.

Day management is dam good very supportive but night management is very disgusting , not sure of dinner or evening snacks , at night we that to stay empty stomach because restaurants deny to give sabji (cooked vegetable) , food is upto them no fix timing of food , when ever they want they will give ..

Worst hotel to stay. No security, no hygiene, no nearby restaurants to eat. Washrooms were so dirty that we didn't take bath. It was stinking very badly. Bed sheets were not washed properly They gave us a room which had too many hair in bed sheets. Bathroom was not cleaned, they gave us the room as soon as previous guests left the room, so we had to request them to clean the bathroom and change the bed sheet.

Experience was really disappointing. Rooms were not clean and there was no management staff. Only the food was great as well as the kitchen staff. In my view you should not prefer this hotel
