I had a fantastic stay at this hotel!The pricing was reasonable, offering great value for the quality of service. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. It is situated near gateway of India and few spots like Marine Drive, Churchgate, Ferry Point, etc are easy to access. Location is good. Rooms are very small and washrooms are clean. Rooms can be more clean. But overall stay was average. Raja Bhaiya have been very helpful and kind. He treated us very well.
I recently stayed at the Hotel Shabana Colaba Mumbai during my trip to Mumbai. Overall, my experience was quite positive. The hotel's location was excellent, right in the heart of the city colaba. making it easy to explore local attractions.
The room was comfortable and well-maintained, The staff Raja Bhai Narayan bhai was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or questions.

Nice hotel with good location in Colaba. Staff is very friendly specially Narshrula shaik. I stayed on 2 different occasions, and would recommend anyone looking to stay in Mumbai Colaba.
The rooms are very small, staff is friendly but no cleaning of rooms done. AC works fine. Location is best part just above colaba causeway next to gateway and walking distance to marine drive. The streets are busy till 3AM. Rooms are affordable but at same time they dont do any cleaning of rooms.
It was our first experience in India. We were kind of lucky to find this hotel because it is 300m from Gate of India and it's the same street as the market (more expensive one) where you shouldn't talk with strangers approaching you and talking about having a best tour for 2,500 rupees but it's much cheaper!
Raja and Mohamed were very helpful because my boyfriend got sick because of mold and humidity of the room, which had no windows so of course there was mold everywhere, which is of course the fault of the owner.
If you need anything, ask Mohamed or Raja, very nice, helpful and every day for your service!
