The hotel actually is too conjusted. The room and bed was good. The bathroom is too bad and there were holes,spider webs, patches etc on the walls. The problem in room is there is no lock for window and there was a scary ware house. The food was average.
Rooms are good. Washrooms were very conjusted. You can't freely walk inside the washroom. Mirror in the washroom was positioned in such a way that you will hit your head for sure. Also these was no exhaust fan in the washroom which makes them even worse. Food in the restaurant inside the hotel was good but expensive. Staff were nice and helpful. However we had to face issues while checking out because of some confusion from their side (we had paid restaurant bills already and their system was showing it was yet to be paid). Although the issue was settled but this made us miss our early morning train. These things make the experience really bad. Hope Kharagpur gets some good and less expensive hotel. Would recommend this hotel only when you don't have any better option available (specially if you want to stay nearby IIT Kharagpur Campus).
Overall it's a good staying place. Food & service is awesome but little bit overpriced. Behaviour of staff is fantastic
Stopped here because of the amazing decor! Mahesh lunch house is literally the best place to visit if you're looking for a cozy place with delectable sea food. Their ghee roast was perfect. Definitely will be going back soon for their ambiance and food.
Poor hygiene, worst condition of washroom. No ventilation or exhaust fan in washroom, poor condition of linen. West of money.

Too costly but the ambience is good. I tried biryani there during this Puja, not up to the mark.
Overall a good experience, breakfast was very good. The only con I can think of is that food and drinks are very expensive.
