Hotel Seventh Sense - Hotel in Nagpur - Nagpur, India

The Best Part of This Hotel Is its Location. Located in City Heart Very Near to Railway Station and Bus stand. The Worst parts are Services. Its seems like they are least interested to provide services. Rooms are good and Clean But AC is ineffective. It takes a long time to cool the room which is annoying. Room service menu is overpriced. There is no noticeable amenities except parking in such busy area which is a bliss. I have booked for 3 days and Experience is under satisfaction. They also have a roof top Restaurant but i haven't bother to try after such experience. One of my Senior shared the same experience he have with this hotel. Recommended for those tourists who have less exposure to Nagpur locality, this could be their cup of tea due to its location, which is great.

I have visited the place sometimes back. About the food quality, first chicken starter was good but next orders including mutton biryani was not acceptable. Biryani was not fresh, just a cold dish they put on the table. The staff was totally not attentive at all. After calling them many times, they came and none of the request were properly attended even with long waiting time. They were ignoring nicely. Management was below the expected one. So overall experience was not good and not recommended specially during peak times.

It's quiet decent place for staying. Rooms are neat and clean, properly furnished. Location of hotel is very good. Looking to its strength occupancy seems quiet low. As a result of this the complimentary breakfast which they are serving is not in buffet style, rather on order. Overall its nice hotel for stay.

It was a beautiful experience to have dinner in this hotel. I visited this place twice And would love to visit again. The staff gives you a warm welcome with a welcome drink and complementary snacks. The ambience is beautiful and peaceful. The food is delicious but there are more non-vegetarian dishes and being a vegetarian, I had less options to choose from. The services are prompt. I would recommend everyone to try American Sweet Corn Kernels(starter)- it is mouth-watering. Beautiful place for a romantic date!

Looking for a pleasant stay in Nagpur? Ganga Kashi is the place you have been looking for. The location of the property is just correct. The rooms are well lit and clean, hospitality of the staff is lovely. The buffet they offer has a wide variety of options. Must try the Chicken Starters from the menu. Coming down to small issues- Smoking Room is not easily available and the lift of the property is way too small. Overall it's a relaxing and comfortable stay that they offer.

Very good hotel centrally located. Railway station Pick up and drop facilities provided. Hotel driver was very friendly and cortoues. Check in quick. Rooms were clean and ready. Driver at 6th floor restaurant was quite good experience. Ms sussiana was very efficient. Problem was with house keeping. Automatic replenishments of all consumables was not done next day. Inspite of clear instructions to clean room when we left room in morning, it was not cleaned. Ipad charger was provided after 3rd reminder. Problem in tv channels quality. So overall good nice centrally located, full of amenities hotel but lazy housekeeping.

Photos were probably taken during hotel launch. Rooms are not as tidy. I lost my shirt and the hotel staff seemed pretty okay about it. The only place I could have lost it is, either in the room or when I kept the bag at the reception after checkout (hotels generally provide this service of holding on to luggage). So there is no chance that the hotel staff couldn't find it later. Please keep an eye on your stuff as the staff is clearly dishonest. Restaurant options are also limited. Overall horrible experience.

Room key was not working, every time I had to wait in the heat of the corridor for the house keeping to come and open the door. Hotel was helpless about this and could not fix it. AC was in poor condition. Hotel staff had come to my room to see it could not fix it assured me that my room. would be changed, but he disappeared and I had to spend the night in that room. Room telephone was not connecting to the reception hotel staff did come to my room inspect it but they did not fix it , they were helpless. Hotel staff at reception were rude and showed that they didn't care much. The flowing morning at 7 am reception told me they would change my room at 10 am . But till almost 10.45 there were no signs of these people changing my room . When I contacted reception they were least bothered telling me they were busy with other work. I expressed my resentment to their admin office where the so called MD came and other staff too and they assured me that my room would be changed and later they did it . The so called MD met me at the lobby and asked me about the new room that I had been shifted to. I told him that the shower was not working properly to which he did not answer. They could not fix up the shower and instead sent me a bucket. The washroom of this new room had to be opened with a key each time as the door handle was not functional. Very strange. Every house keeping staff expressed they were helpless and said that there was a maintenance problem. All Reception staff and the so called MD seemed to be passing the buck on each other. They didn't care . Of the 2 lifts that were there one was not working during my entire stay. The other one too stopped working on the second day morning of my stay and I had to go upto the 6th for breakfast and back using stairs. The looks that the hotel staff had seemed to tell me this was a usual thing . I don't have words to describe the low behaviour of this hotel . You can make ur assessment after having read here. Horrible stay. No one cares to listen there. Will never visit this place and not recommend this hotel to any one.
