Hotel Seven Sky Clarks ExoticAA - Hotel in Bhuj - Kachchh, India

We visited this Hotel for a day. We had requested for a Pool view Villa. Now inspite of them having only 40% occupancy, they ignored my request without any plausible reason. Further, the property needs serious renovation. Everything lookd worn out and dusty. Further, while they have decent size swimming pools, the same are not maintained. Inspite of multiple requests, they could not get the Pool cleaned which was very disappointing. From Dinner perspective, the food was good in quality and presentation. Overall, the property needs serious renovation.

The place is located on the airport road. Rooms are good and clean, they have nice restaurant too with good service and amazing food....we have stayed for 2 nights, staff is very humble and honest.... really good stay here,highly recommended for the traveller in upcoming season.

Great stay... room of good size and comfortable. The staff was helpful. The food is yummy and accessible price. Enjoyed the gym. Swimming in monsoon season is tricky. Thank you so much for the stay

The food of the buffet was not even bellow average and the service was thoroughly weak we just ordered couple of water bottles and Tey were not sending them together Tey were first of all sending them one by one and took almost an hour to deliver them,overall the room were quite nice not good they not even completely cleaned them but ya and the Swimming pools were also not at its peak one which was working was completely full of heavy chlorine and the another one was clossed and full of mosquitos and insects and was green and kind of decayed.......

The rooms are very spacious.The check in and check out service is really good.The location is a bit away from the centre of bhuj but approachable.Malls,many eateries,multiplex is just outside the campus.The breakfast menu is very good and they are developing there campus.

We employed the service of Clarks Inn Exotica, Bhuj as a B2B vendor. For this purpose we approached Ms Akansha from the sales team. We are extremely disappointed with the service of Clarks Inn Exotica, Bhuj. We had made the booking for our client Miss Seema via Ms Akansha from the sales team. Yesterday upon check in, we received several complaints from our guests. 1- dead cockroaches in the room 2- Chewing gum stuck on faucet 3- Kettle unclean 4- Hot water not coming 5- Staff did not give proper assistance on luggage and made our 60 year old guest carry some of her bags ( no elevator) The guests called the reception and went to the reception too, but no one catered to them. They then reached out to us with their complaints. I immediately reached out to Ms Akansha asking her to solve the issue for us. Even after 20 mins, the guests informed me that no one catered to them. I tried reaching out to Ms Akansha, multiple times, but she ignored all my calls and messages. She picked up once after multiple attempts, told me that she was sorting it out and hung the phone afterwards. I received no update from her afterwards and guests informed that no one approached them. We eventually found out the number at the reception and spoke to the concerned person there and asked him to help us sort the issue out. We are extremely disappointed at Ms Akansha and her service and especially her lack of response when the situation went bad. Being from the service industry we understand that sometimes problems arise, that does not mean you ignore calls and not deal with it. It's unprofessional and speaks more about your lack of giving a care on quality service We for sure will not be working with your chain of hotels again and we would also request you to look closer to the service provided by your team

Recently I visited and stayed at Hotel Seven Sky Clarks , Yogeshwar Nagar, Airport Ring Road, Bhuj. We stayed here in our last business trip of Kutch. Room was spacious but television can't work properly and not any news channel. Lush green and very quiet property on very proper location but you can't feel well hospitality. Food was so average, only basic taste without richness and need some cleanliness in serving plates too. As compared with charges you just deserve better service, quality food and good hospitality. Overall not that much reccomadable, stay here if you have no choice...

Bad location. Too far from normal places. Had a family function there. Organizers forgot the function was at noon (they thought it was at night) and had to quickly arrange for it.
