Well if you are looking for a place to stay pls look away, there is definitely better place than this. Hotel reception staff are missing basic common sense. Don't go that's the review.

rooms are decent and clean. biggest issue is food. they don't have inhouse kitchen and the menu they have in room is from some place far off. by the time the food arrives its served cold which is pathetic. option 2 is swiggy etc but if customer orders from swiggy then the customer has to climb down from second floor and pick the food. they are so adamant that they won't deliver the food in room at any cost. the manager sitting at the reception does not want to understand even after requests. he will simply say "sir we won't take guarantee if food will be hot or cold". manager will argue to such a level that one might lose temper and would never want to come back in such hotel. moreover even if the customer wants to go and pick the food from reception, there is no lift in the property hence by default one has to climb down the stairs. management should look into this seriously as it's spoiling the reputation of hotel.

Biggest issue no elevator in multistorey hotel.
AC is mounted on side so you will not get proper cooling.
Single room booked for me and trust me they are saying no single visitor allowed in your room. And if someone wants visit you need to pay for double occupancy charge.
After payment only single visitor entry considered as check in and check out if second person wanna come and visit you have to pay for fresh booking, in short looting.
Never book room in this hotel, please please.

If you order food through swiggy/Zomato you need to come down and pick your order as hotel will not help to serve you ok 3rd ,there is no lift so come down walk-in 3 floors to collect your order or order it from there hotels
Nice clean hotel rooms very spacious then other rooms in same price range. Location is little inside the highway but it gives it nice and calm outdoor environment. Bathrooms were also very nice and clean.

The hotel is absolutely perfect for someone that is traveling to Turbhe or nearby areas for work. The room is clean, well maintained. Staff is courteous and helpful. This was the first hotel i stayed at that had memberships for all OTT platforms Disney+hotstar, prime video, voot, zee5 and also NETFLIX!! The only thing they lack is an elevator. We had a small kid so it was difficult to climb 2 floors without an elevator with the stroller especially since my wife is pregnant with another child. Apart from that everything about the hotel is absolutely perfect and value for money!!

Hotel room was great. Good amenities, but the manager (guy at the reception) was very rude. He doesn't know how to talk to guest politely. We were delayed by some time and they kept calling asking to empty the room after few min cleaning staff was at the door, we kept the door open while we were packing we asked them to start cleaning but they didn't agree and stayed outside. When we came downstairs to checkout, the guy yelled at us. No respect at all. We said sorry that we are late by 15 min but he wouldn't stop. None of the guests were waiting. Bad experience.

This hotel offers excellent service no matter what. Food at restaurant is so good for the price. Rooms are very luxurious and spacious and very cheap. Room service and receptionist are very co-operative. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
