I stayed here for 2 days, the location of the hotel is good, manager and receptionist are good. The rooms looks clean but it had lot of big bees which was irritating. Room service is poor, you have to ask for some basic things. The given RO water smells badly and not clean at all. Although Manager tries to handle the situation but they really needs to improve on room service. No one will come to pick up your bags too.
When I booked, I thought I booked a Hotel. But I had experience of Dharamshala I will never visit them in my dreams No water in bathroom room No room service No towels at the swimming pool They don't provide crockery in room No parking management
NOT THAT LUXURIOUS AS THEY MENTION. Great location and hotels. After stay I can say one can choose this hotel as stay for a visit to Taj Mahal. Only thing is that the prices are way too high for the rooms and kind of service.
Rooms n location good.But not maintained well. We spent a horrible sleepless night in the hectic schedule due to the reckless behavior of the reception staff. Two times changed the rooms due to AC, plumbing problems. The management is interested in taking money and simply said sorry !! Hope will back to the track soon.

Rooms were not clean, shower extremely rusted. Staff was extremely rude and airconditioning not working properly. Pool not clean or too much chlorine used. Water was not clear.
