There is no zero rating so am giving 1 rating.. no maintenance.. rooms are ok.. but they should maintain properly.. bathrooms maintenance is worst.. looks like not used for few months.. same thing with bed sheets.. it seems they never bothered to do dusting in the rooms..
Well, I traveled to the place almost after 20yrs and what a transformation the place has got in to. You can find great local food at selected small time tiffen centres. But the place still remains dirty, dusty, you will find people spitting allover. Coming to the hotel part - amazing room layout, very spacious, very well planned rooms layout, very spacious bathroom.. Very well designed for a business purpose except one very important aspect - the cleanliness which is huge issue..I am sharing few pictures of the same. The moment you enter the room throws a very bad odour, smelling need sheets, blankets. Mosquitoes, toilet comod toilet uncleaned... Very disappointed
Worst experience I have ever scene Room service is bad So much bad smell Washrooms are not clean Salt water WiFi is not working Rooms are not clean Fan is not working properly I have shared a staff photo he speaks every time in mobile, he ignores everything he doesn't listen what we say, I was asked for wifi password He made me wait for a long time. irresponsible staff

Very pathetic hotel to stay in Markapur. Zero maintenance, the basement filled with all the filthy stuff and smelly. Rooms are good but the maintenance is very very bad. Never stay here.

Worst hotel. Dirty bathrooms with pigeons in false ceilings. Smelly bathrooms. Worst maintenance. Management behaves like they are from American standards. But maintenance is worst. Full of drunkards.

Best place to stay in town. Easily accessible and in close proximity to railway station, bus station, and important places in town. We stayed for 1 night, rooms are top-notch with all the amenities, and room-service is prompt and quick. Recommended
