Hotel Seven Heaven - Hotel in Nashik - Nashik, India

They say it's a 3 star hotel but it's not even a star hotel. Service is pathetic. I stayed for 5 days. If it wasn't about the location, I would have left next day. Cleaning was done only once on second day. Bathroom slippers were only given once on day one. Towels weren't changed even once. And same amount was charged everyday. I paid so much money for absolutely zero worth of services. I had made it clear that I would pay everything at checkout. They happily agreed but next day, forced me to pay. When I complained about the services, the manager said, "I overstayed my welcome, I only had booked for one day." This is sooo funny. They don't want guests to staybut want to run a hotel.

Very good service and staff is very polite.... See the mountain view from room windows... Food is osm ... Visit one time this hotel ....

The room is comfortable and immaculate. The staff members were very very friendly ,helpful as well as politely behaviour . Location is also perfect & special thanks for all staff which is impressive.

The most important thing is that, I forgot my purse with money in the hotel room, they sent it to me by courier and also transferred the money through gpay. All 5stars for Sandeep and Vikash ji... thank you a lot.. will recommend and will stay at your place whenever I visit Nashik again.

Worst and bad hotel I ever stayed till today. You won't get tea coffee before 8:30 am in the morning. At night 10 you will not get tea or coffee. Even if you asked for single empty plate for food which oder from zomato they will charge 25 rs for one single empty plate.I got really shocked when heard about empty plate charges.very small and dirty bathroom. Hotel seven heaven don't provide even soap shampoo etc. towels and bedsheet were dirty. I request all of you never ever go and check in to this hotel seven heaven. This hotel have a very bad management i have ever seen ... They are not providing service properly... In rooms always Missing their ac remote half of things not working. Also they are not providing their employees salary ... Genuinely i said never booked this hotel for your special occasions. They always disappointed their guest ...
