Please don't book this hotel.. I had a very bad experience. Rooms are not clean filled with bad smell like rotten flesh. AC not operational. Bedsheets not property washed and smelly, totally disgusting. Drunken staff not at all polite. They provide wrong photos on agoda and other online websites. Lift not working and hotel is located on 5th floor of very old building. Hotel was filled with students of marine college with 5 to 6 people in single room. Corridor is full of beer smell. Please don't go to this hotel. Sleeping at railway station is better than staying at this hotel
Rooms are good spacious but not maintained floors are very dirty bath rooms are good but not maintained water pressure is very less simple room with no interior and completly nil service and Amenitie bedsheed and blankets are nit upto the mark bed having bed bugs. House keeping are very limited you have to ask manytimes and no room service no phone in the room, no setupbox for the tv no mineral water very old non naintained building and having old lift service but not maintained Finally it is not worth for the money which they are presenting very bad experience
I booked online. Rooms are not like they show online. Staff is not trained to talk with customers. Location is vital. This building has 5 floors in which hotel setrac is on 5th floor. Complete building is not hotel.
Had Worst experience ..no bathroom lights..Adult bed bugs 4 to 5 found. No Facility as mentioned online. Don't book room
Experience was ok. But AC of twin bed room was not working properly.
I stayed in this hotel 4 times in total....but on 18th march 2023 i arrived here early morning after a full night journey. I was extremely shocked to see the behavior of the reception staff. It seemed i have done some crime by arriving early in the morning. Extreme rude behaviour, hiked prices, no room boys to even show the room before i pay. Sadened to see such degradation in a good hotel like setrac. I request the owners to kindly teach their staff at least how to behave to customers.
Lift not working when I was there, and the room is on 5th floor, nice room but little expensive for that price. I will recommend if they provide lift service.
Very dullness in rooms. Found slippery. Slightly leakage of water through somewhere. Couldn't find more. Very disturbed.
