I visited hotel Serenity La during my officia l meeting trip. I was looking for reasonable price hotel with clean environment and good food and service . This has all qualities which I was looking for. In 2 days ,I had a great time without any hassle . Wifi facility, and everything needed was provided at ease. Paid services were also good. Parking forcar was also there .
One of the best place to stay in Madhapur, very nicely located, good and clean room, great food, very friendly and helpful staff, i stayed almost a month over there, never a time I got any issues, good management team, they take care of the guests very well, very happy to go back and stay again..

WiFi service was horrible. Receptionists were not customer friendly and didn't show any sort of professionalism.
Bed mattress was of poorest quality.. even OYO hotels have better ones.
Location was good, the rooms is clean and spacious, but the bathroom was very small, especially the bath area, were you find difficulty in closing and opening the door without touching the wall, breakfast was average too.
Reasonable price hotel with clean environment and good food and service. I like this place.
