Rooms are ok, but service can be improved. No hot water despite following up with reception. TV channels were not working

The stay was extremely abysmal. We booked 2 ac reems for 1 night. It was as if the rooms hadn't been repaired in months and not cleaned since the last tenant. The rooms had cockroaches, plural. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a while. My college hostel room was much better than this. And for all it's faults, it was also overpriced. The only remotely good thing about the hotel was that it was in a decent location. Our rickshaw wala took us there saying it's a great hotel and that our original booking would be very bad. He probably got a great commission. To anyone planning to stay here, please don't. You'll find something much better for much cheaper.

It was the worst every experience here. The rooms contain cockroaches and has the worst service. They give bore water for drinking in a normal bottle. They are very rude and also ask for scanned copies for aadhar, whereas it is banned and they should be filled under the act of AADHAR ACT 2016

Worst staff. They charge extra money. SCAM ALERT. Especially that boy on counter. He does not have sense, how to talk to ladies. If the owner is reading this, please remove that person. For his behavior. We are NOT going to visit your hotel. THERE ARE TONS OF HOTEL NEARBY. PAY EXTRA BUT KEEP YOUR SELF-RESPECT SAFE FROM THESE KIND OF PEOPLE. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Not recommended and not worthy we can find better rooms in this price easily

Rooms are small . Not that clean as you can find cigarette butts and guthkha. At the price point an alright stay but can be kept much much cleaner. Food was also good. Infrastructure is old.

Dirty place. Worst experience. They charged heavily, not worth of it.
