We stayed at Sera Courtyard for 2 nights in July 2023 and had a wonderful experience. Friendly staff, clean room/bathroom (24 hour hot water availability), nice location, well maintained property and delicious food.

We stayed here for 3 days and had an amazing experience. The bathroom, dining area, and the main room were clean and well equipped. Good facilities, staff and food. They even have a centralised heating system which is good. The view from the window is fine. They keep buffet god breakfast and dinner time.
The rooms were very clean and catered to all the requirements. A big thumbs up to the food as well. The staff here is very friendly too. Had a really pleasant stay with family and friends.
We had stayed there for a couple of days on the 20th and 21st of May 2022. The hotel is pretty good with average-sized rooms with a very comfortable and clean washroom. The hotel staff is very warm and always ready to help - especially the owner Mr. Tsering Namgyal. He will go out of his way to help you and to ensure that you are comfortable. And a special mention to both the waiters in the restaurant - they were always very attentive and gave us great service.
We stayed here during July 5-6 2022. The manager Nubra helped out very much when we had high altitude sickness. Thank you staff for making our stay wonderful.
