Disgusting, rudest , worst , pathetic staff. Don't know how to treat a customer. Worst for tourists . Don't ever book this hotel . Rooms and toilets were nice for that . But damm the staff was rude . They have switches for gizzers at reception so begg for it . Still out one room didn't got the hot water . 2 towel for 4 adults and when we ask for extra the guy was extremely rude , said "we don't have any u only get 2 ". This was my worst conversation with any receptionist up to now .This hotel receptionist don't how to talk with people. He was heavily drunk .I booked a room even though he was telling me there is no room under your name and while taking with him over call, I told i want room for 24 hours and he agreed but when I reached the hotel, tired and exhausted around 12 in the night, he.was telling there is no 24 hours policy available. This is a suggestions to hotel owner change your staff as soon as possible . This time while writing this review I'm along side the road. And there is no empty room in this location...
Decent place to spend a night. Don't expect too much as there is no in hotel restaurant so you won't get any coffee, tes breakfast etc etc. AC works and hot water is available through geyser. All hotels in this area have fake reviews so I visited this and took the room. Again don't expect a nice place .. barely decent place to spend a single night.
Very worst rooms , staffs and services. It's not recommend for family. Room and beds are very dirty.
The staff behaviour is worst till date. You ask anything they say will arrange in 5 to 10 mins but never actually does and also the behaviour of staff is so rude. Please either avoid this hotel or just pay to the hotel at checkout.
Rooms are neat and clean. It's not too far and too close to Ramanatha swamy(Main temple) but walkable distance.
One of the worst services that I have seen in Tamil Nadu. Rude staff and AC was not working properly. Instead of taking the complaint . They behaved rudely.

Only 10 mins away from the main temple . If you book a hotel here please book B wing it nice , clean , hygienic and the room feels more luxurious and big and has two double beds so four people can easily sleep.
