Good location, 10-12 mins walk to golden temple. Clean rooms, clean and spacious washrooms, geysers were working. Room service is also good and prompt. Intercom was not working, no remote of AC, they were switching off AC connection after we left and had to come to reception everytime to ask to switch on the AC. This hotel is not on the main road, cant get cab directly at the hotel. Average hotel as per the tariff, given 4star to improve overall rating.
Biggest issue is hot water. We always got cold or slightly warm water. Later assigned geyser room but the switch is with owner, which makes us awkward to ask them always to switch geyser on. Room service is fine. Staff is responsive. Food is not good. Tea/Coffee/BournVita all have water instead of milk. Cleanliness is good. Got room allocated beside reception, so lot of disturbance as staff were talking mostly. Don't take hotel driver facility, as he always talks on mobile and does speed driving. Hotel location is good, has parking facility too. Very near to main road.
Worst experience. Dont expect for service. I have taken their best room and they Given only 1 towel for two persons. No any Soap or shampoo in bathroom. They could not even started TV in the room. Clinliness not good. No ventilation. Charged very much higher than there prices mentioned in hotel booking sites and saying that thier current prices are not updated on sites.
Ghatiya hotel don't go there i paid fdull amount still they have bugs on the bed it has infected my whole face
We had booked 2 rooms. The stay was very good. Rooms and food service was quite comfortable. Less than 10 min of walking distance from golden temple and jalianwala baug.
Good hotel with all basic facilities. Room size is good. Bathroom was just normal. One good thing is the underground parking of the hotel. We booked three rooms @700 each during February 2022. Walking distance from Harmander Sahib(Golden Temple). They have restaurant also.

The hotel is on the outer road. The location is around 800m to 1 Km from the Golden Temple. The bathroom was clean. Room little congested. Bedsheet linen was not clean seems overly used. The hotel staff was good. Overall average room.
