Very worst rooms given by travel agency after paying more then 24000 Rs package of 4 person. No towels and soaps in room, Worst hotel experience ever got in madurai and kaniyakumari travel agency. Its very shameful... that is why foreigners dont book package, i knew know !!
Pros: Excellent location & superb view from room no 501. Room & Bed were clean. Good service. Excellent check-in procedure. Cons: No intercom in room, hence everytime one has to come down to reception. Bathroom lacking maintenance. Poor amenities. Parking not available.
