Hotel Seascape - Hotel in Puri - Puri, India

The hotel made me cry. I booked online a room for 3 adult and 1 kid. For more than 10000 rs. There was no mention of one adult will sleep on matress on floor. This was so humaliating.. do we book hotel to sleep on floor with matress. The bed is queen size, not king size to accomodate 3 adult and 1 kid. I request people to know. My car got scratches too becoz of narrow entrance and hotel guy guided me.. haa aage kar lijiye nikal jayega and when I put my leg on accelerator, the narrow door sctached my car.

You can expect a worse room in this price range but this was pretty decent. Ac rooms also available. Only problem was reaching this place. We had a car so it was okay. But if u dont have so it might be difficult to reach here... but overall experience was good. Good service.

It's located in a very shady area and it's far from the beach. It's what you expect from a low priced hotel. BUT, The rooms are clean, the bathrooms too. It has ample amount of space for parking. We got each room for 850 (06.05.2023).

Loved the parking space puri hard to get a budget hotel with covered parking and service is superb...

Both the rooms booked are specious with neat & clean bathroom. All amenities are good. Value for money hotel. By road location is little bit interier and long distance from Swargadwar beach. But sea beach is in walkable distance and viewed from hotel. Safe and big car parking area where I parked my car. Food quality is OK but it should be improved.

You have to enjoy your holidays at the mercy of the staff. A close to beach Hotel opens its doors at 6 am only, hot water only available after 6am, only free channels on TV, you have to ask to switch on AC only to the manager at his availability. No food facilities. Booked four rooms and suffered like hell, took an hour to switch to best nearby. CHOICE IS YOURS. There are better serving and friendly hotels near by.

Worst Nightmare! We booked 3 rooms for my family with kids. Space is big but rooms are old style and not well maintained. Staff and Service is worst than ever, this the reason why this hotel is not doing well even after 5-6 years of opening. They have generator for power backup but they don't start for good 10 mins even if it is night, you need to wait in the dark ,doesn't matter if you are in the bathroom. We got 2 rooms where there was no power backup connection in the bathroom. We were told to adjust in the dark. No hot water available even during winter. Rooms are not good. Staff and service is horrible. They don't even understand what hospitality bussiness is.

It was very pleasent stay where all the staffs were very cooperative and the distance from sea beach that is Niladri beach which is very peaceful and not soo crowded beach is only 3 minutes by walk which is like 500 mtrs maximum. Rooms were neat and clean and help was there whenever any room service were required.Overall I am going to stay in this same hotel whenever I am visiting puri again.
