Hotel Sea View Palace - The Beach Hotel - Resort hotel in Kovalam - Thiruvananthapuram, India

The room is very old, the wall behind the bed head should be cleaned. Bed sheet should be renewed. But the staff is very nice and helpful and the location is perfect. For 18EUR what did I expect.

t was amazing stay in Hotel Seaview Palace. The hotel is situated just on the beach, providing an breathtaking sea view from the Balcony itself. Staffs are very humble and cooperative. Ample numbers of restaurants, hotels, bars are available just within stone throw distance. So, at any time, you can relax and enjoy The sea sound, view and breeze while eating or drinking. This hotel is perfect to stay for solo trip, or with Family. But, if you are going a couple and expecting a very cozy, romantic, private ambiance, this may not be a choice. It was little difficult to reach to the Hotel. The access road is quite narrow, even the GPS direction was also confusing. Hotel management should use more road direction boards for better accessibility.

Amazing experience! Location is absolute gold! Rooms are small but cozy. If you're adjusting three people in the room it'll be a lot cramped but location is worth that. Do take AC rooms as the view from there is good. And also it can be really hot at times. Downstairs restaurant is also good. A bit expensive but the food quality is worth it. Overall I'd love to stay here again.

Budget friendly option and very near to beach. Don't get fooled by their profile photo. The building has 2 hotels and Seaview palace is at backside of building, which means you don't get direct sea view.

The beach was just outside the hotel so it was very comfortable to go for a swim and change the clothes. Room was comfortable and clean. The food available in the restaurant was tasty. you can taste wide variety of sea foods in that restaurant. Always call the hotel reception before reaching as the hotel was in a separate area, we may need assistance to reach there.

It's a good stay at an affordable price. The rooms and washrooms are quite clean but basic. Please opt for AC rooms due to the humid weather. The difference between the Superior and Deluxe rooms is that the Superior ones are recently constructed and sea facing. However the beach is so close that you can sit near the beach, there is nothing special in opting for superior rooms if you have budget constraint. You have to park your vehicle in the backside which charges between Rs. 150-200 per day. But the road is very narrow and steep so be very careful while driving. The hotel said that they are constructing their parking space. We have really enjoyed our stay over there.

Stayed at this hotel for a weekend during Christmas. Due to festival the prices were a bit high and had to book an AC room as normal rooms were all full. But yeah, got the beach view because of an AC room. The location is perfect, has a beach view from second floor from where you can notice the colours of water. Hospitality is good enough.
