Hotel Sea Princess - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

One of the best hotels I have visited recently is this one. It boasts one of the best views of the sea and is located within walking distance of Juhu Beach. The overall staff is polite and helpful, but the restaurant service staff isn't very attentive to customers. At least, I didn't have a very pleasant experience during my three-day stay with them. For instance, I constantly had to remind about my order and ask for even drinking water and often needed to wait. Additionally, the restaurant staff seemed to focus only few customers on a few limited tables all the time and did not attend to all the tables adequately to check on the needs. I think hotel management should look at it seriously. Else I would have rated 5 rating for service. Overall it's very good hotel to stay with family I really enjoyed it and I would recommend to stay here.

Excellent hotel, beach faced swimming pool. Near to airport. But you have to bear flight takeoff sound often. Apart from that everything else is good, planned to visit again.The hotel is a nice one with a good spread for breakfast however during our stay we did not get hot water in the bathroom and that ruined our experience of this place. During the Mumbai rains when you just want to take a steaming hot shower you cannot, at least not here so keep that in mind while booking.The room and bathroom were clean but the overall experience is of a 5 star hotel at best. Almost every other 5 star hotel in the city is much better than this. Even though located in Juhu which is considered to be a prime location there was a smell of fish market just outside the hotel.

We were part of a wedding event here and loved the property. The hotel looks beautiful and we loved that it is right next to the beach. The coffee shop looks so pretty with glass fixtures.

enjoyed so much. especially the wall where i seat in morning and evening time. beach view is superb from their. nice staff and atmosphere. i highly recommended everyone to stay here and enjoy your time with sea princess.. thank you team...

During my recent stay at the Sea Princess Hotel, I had an extremely unpleasant experience. The rooms were of substandard quality, and on the first night, I encountered several issues, which made my stay feel like a complete nightmare. For instance, I found an insect on the wall, there was no hot water, the sink was clogged, and there were no bath towels. Despite being moved to another room, the issues remained in that room too. Finally, I got to a better room on the third night. When I tried to discuss my concerns with the front desk staff, they showed no consideration or empathy towards the guest. Moreover, there needed to be more communication among the manager and associates, with each providing different prices for services. However, the food and beverage staff, including Deepak, Imran, Vinnit, Mr. Shaw, and Executive Chef Dev, were excellent. Although the breakfast buffet was small and had limited choices compared to neighbouring hotels, the food and service were great.

Prime location that connects well with all important places across the city. Rooms are well maintained and spacious. Service is overall very good.

This hotel has a pool and faces the beach. The staff are friendly, responsive and helpful.this place is really nice and personal. Definitely will recommend

Very good rooms. Super service. Excellent bufget breakfast. Well maintained property. Just wished that the TV was atleast 43 inches or more to be in sync with the spacious room. Too small a screen. Rest all was excellent.
