Hotel Sea Palace - Hotel in Puri - Puri, India

View from the hotel is too good but overpriced. And pure veg hotel and food is not that much good in taste. May'23 : they took rs. 4000 +gst per day only room, which doesn't justify the amount. I'll not recommend anyone to take any kind of help to arrange car for sightseeing. He is taking huge amount of commission.

Nice hotel but not maintained well.

If you can compromise the living experience for just to see the ocean from your filthy room which is highly not recommended.Then this hotel is for you. Like I can count you a ton of bad things about this hotel which i personally experienced when i stayed here. From the deteriorated rooms to the fishy smell in the entire hotel property which gave me the feeling of a dump yard. Everything about this hotel is worst. The beds look dirty and they don't even provide you a clean water jug. It feels so disgusted there. The washrooms are so small and clumsy that you'll find it hard to do your daily stuffs there. The switch boards are broken. The walls are cracked and there is continuous water seepage. And I'm not telling this about a particular room. I booked 3 rooms and all the rooms are the same. Atleast the owner of this hotel needs to renovate the rooms properly. And they charge 2100 per room. Like 2100 is too much for the experience i had. Better you book a cheaper hotel,even they might give you a better experience than this hotel.

Room 205 given to us @Rs2000 now holds record of being worst hotel room I've stayed. Balcony & toilet doors not closing, curtains teared, washroom basin broken, soap case broken, commode tank broken, commode seat not going up, tv not working, dirty bed linens (which they replaced), dirty cabinet....list goes on. Other optional room's a/c wasn't working, so had to bear with this room. Since weather that day was scorching hot & with family, decided to stay there 1 day & check another hotel in evening. Couldn't find worse room wherever I searched, so anything else was better . Stay there only to ruin your holidays. Shifted out next day to another hotel with much better location & well maintained a/c room @1400.

Very bad condition of rooms. Intercom not working, TV not working. Pool looks dirty green. Night staff is very uncooperative. They will not allow u to step in or out after 11pm even if it's an emergency. All this for paying Rs. 3000 and booking well in advance. This hotel is a paid jail, not a palace. The ambience is all about devotion but devotion or care for to customer is NEGATIVE

We went to puri to relax for few days & not decided for how many days are we going 3 or 4 days. Due to Corona, we decided that after seeing the cleanliness, we will choose the hotel.After going to the station, in the auto we asked to leave near Golden Beach. But the auto driver started requesting a lot that I will show you 2/3 hotels If you like the hotel then stay or don't stay otherwise then we said OK.We didn't like the hotels he showed us, so we refused .He started forcing us to stay there And it was too late for us to find the hotel that I was tired, so we decided to stay there. I have never seen such a bad hotel in my life. HOTEL SEA PALACE This is simply a palace in name, it is a ruin from inside. It is one of the worst hotel,I have ever boarded. It has cost me 1600 for one night but service is worth Rs 200 . No wi-fi , the room was in very bad condition was a nightmare for me. Staff behavior was very bad.Bathroom was not clean, air condition was set at 30 temperature, there was dirty water in the jug, Charging points were all broken, room's lighting was bad. These people have joined hands with the auto drivers, and are harassing the travellers. With great difficulty we stayed for 1 day in the hotel and checked out the next day at 8am in the morning.Even after giving such bad service, those people were thinking that we will stay at that hotel for more days. I would request the most, don't go there.There is hardly a road to the hotel.

Have only nice things to speak of this hotel. Serene, devotional and peaceful place. Rooms comfy, washrooms spacious and hygienic. house keeping very good to excellent with daily change of bed sheets, dusting and wiping. food spicy but good. on the seashore location. only negative is in the evening some alcoholics regularly gather at the hotel's approach to the beach outside the premises.

Wonderful visit, ideal for family getaways. Spacious room with sea facing balconies. The hotel is adjacent to beach which is generally less crowded and one can have quality time with family. The hotel offers only vegetarian food.
