They listen out to the requests or information so kindly and they manage to satisfy the need of their guests. Rooms are fantastic. Location is just at the right place of tourist attraction. Surrounded by many restaurants (Veg/Non Veg). Walkable to the spots. Completely satisfied.
The rooms were excellent. The rooms had an excellent view of the sea. The buffet breakfast was very sumptuous. The buffet breakfast had a widespread items to choose from. The behaviour of all the staff were much cordial. Enjoyed the comfortable stay. Very much recommended place to stay when you are in Kanyakumari. I would surely stay here if I visit Kanyakumari in future
Wonderful place to stay. Make sure you book the room with a balcony facing the sea. It is slightly on the higher side for the obvious reason but worth it.
Worst hotel I have ever experienced till date . Despite booking air-conditioned rooms,after arriving we got to know that we were Scammed- by alloting non-ac rooms at the cost of air-conditioned rooms. The rooms which we reserved were in a deplorable condition- amenities were not cleaned and was in a dusty condition, also the dirty linen, as it seems kept for long wasn't even replaced. Moreover, No bills were provided as well as never requested an Id-proof from us.
Very good hotel to stay with affordable price. Bathroom is well maintained. AC is properly working and lift is working. Near to sunrise point at walking distance. Staff is supportive. We ask for extra pillows and they provide. Must stay preferred.
Excellent hotel. Cheap and best. For me only few things matter. Cleanliness, size, and comfort. Hotel passes all the checks. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a good stay with all local sites at walkable distance.
Had an amazing experience with Hotel Sea Land. The Hotel is located in a prime location which is walkable to most of the Tourist attractions in Kanniyakumari. Majority of the rooms in the building have a breathtaking view which is worth the stay. The building is newly constructed I believe and hence no complaints on the cleanliness/hygiene factors. They have something called a Family Room which has two rooms together in which 4 adults can stay together. Specifically the room no. 505 in which I stayed has a beautiful view. There are multiple Hotels in the same street and we enquired in each one of them before deciding on Hotel Sea land. The Hotel is definitely value for money and suits in an affordable pricing range as well compared to all others. There was a staff at the Reception when we checked in- who was very welcoming and provided a very satisfactory deal on the Rooms. The best part is that- The management never mentioned to take care of everything by ourselves in terms of booking as we walked in after checking prices online, instead they offered a good deal and was overall very cooperative. The only drawback is that there is no attached Hotel for Food services and the guests will have to walk out for Breakfast /Lunch/ Dinner. But however, this cannot be considered as a huge issue as there are multiple Hotels around the place. There is a Hotel named - Maruthi Veg bang opposite to Hotel Sea Land which has great Food. Hence, overall the Hotel is highly recommend and surely one of the best ones in the entire belt.
Staff is so much coopretive. Mr Jaffar manager is very polite and helped me to keep staying in the hotel and sightseeing places. The hotel is very near to the sea shore. Rooms were very neat and hygiene. I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel.
