I got very poor experience, we are fully vegetarian and i ordered a shahee paneer but I got some mutton item instead of shahee paneer. It is happening on 20/7/2023

Very courteous and helpful staff. Owner himself ensures that guests are well taken care of. Rooms with attached bath are well maintained and clean. Best part is the banquet hall and open air space, both on the terrace. These are for private parties with extensive menu available on request, to choose the dishes from. Entertainment is also arranged on request. We had a wonderful college batch reunion there.

Rooms are just ok. Price is high compared to room size. For breakfast you only get bread omlet and for veg at request they'll give idli. Because of the great service I'm giving this hotel 4 star.

Never been inside , have food there it was good and never been to rooms , location is decent and I think price are little higher

I had two parties for my marriage anniversary . I booked the roof top banquet. Excellent service at reasonable price. All my guests appreciated. I would certainly recommend. The rooms I booked was coat as well as prompt room service.

Booked a delux room. Room was neat and clean. Overall ok. Reached at 12 am in the midnight. Had already informed them about the same. Gate was closed. But I called and they opened the gate. Checkin took 5 minutes. AC was a little slow in cooling, had to use AC and fan simultaneously. TV was present but did not use. So overall ok type. It has an inbuilt restaurant but as I had reached late at night I ordered online food. I reached late at night. Was able to checkin swiftly.

Location: In Parnasree Pally, right on the street. Decent quiet locality, not too many screeching horns and traffic which makes it perfect for an afternoon nap if you have done on overnight journey. Rooms: It is well suited for a business trip. We had a deluxe and an executive room. Deluxe room is like one would expect a bed, decent enough wardrobe, small walking areas on the sides, a TV and a just big enough bathroom. 2 adult males would struggle in a deluxe room although it is a double occupancy. Executive room: Has a small living or a seating space and a slightly bigger bedroom and and a bathroom. Both these rooms were very clean including bathrooms. Some toiletries are provided. Service: Very good, prompt. No complains. Food: It was a pleasant surprise for us. Given the budget-ness of the hotel we expected an Ok-Ok type of food taste for the 2 nights we were there but the food preparation and taste of the meals were great. It goes to show that the cook and hotel does really care for it's guests. We ordered a hist of variety from their menu from Plain Rice, Dal to Tandoor items to Chinese to Mutton to Chicken to Fish and all was gratifying. Recommed it for a short business trip in this part of Kolkata.
