Not good ,near cims hospital it's ok

Not a good place to stay with family. Rooms are not good and very small. TV and AC were working as expected. Staff and service was ok. I had to ask for everything water, toiletries etc. Would not recommend this place to anybody.

Overall it is a good hotel. The staff is ok. The in house food service is not so good quality and taste is not upto the price. We were not provide a bathroom kit only 2 mini soaps. The hotel staff wasn't aware about the couple friendly part and that locals are also allowed, it took me a while to convince them.. The complimentary breakfast was good. Rooms Ok according to the size. There was no specified discomfort. The hotel is near to SG highway so it is far away from the actual city. The wifi service was pretty decent with good speed. The rooms are not 100% sound proof so you might experience disturbance if your neighboring roommates are noisy! Good Lucky!

Few complaints that can be solved easily and the first one is wobbly ceiling fan (not to forget noisy enough) which really made it difficult to get a good sleep and on top the AC felt super powerless in cooling the bigger sized room even with fan speed increased to max. I only got a chance to have the breakfast once which was quite acceptable and overall food was decent. Staff was really good and maintained the service quality which did impressed me as I was not expecting much from the hotel side. Bed was really comfy and so was the overall stay (At a good price!).

Location of this hotel is awesome and outside looks great. But inside it's pathetic and horrible as lots of cockroaches all around needs some pesticide for all rooms. Leakages and lots of maintenance in wash basins and toilet showers. Beds uncomfortable very old metresses and torn upholstery. Needs some professional staff with much cleanliness. Check room before you get in as many rooms are without proper airflow even though wount give you water bottle as well. I wish management takes proper care of this beautiful property and makes it worth for good reviews.

Overall a decent stay. Selected the Executive Special room which is slightly bigger than the other rooms and has an extra sofa and table for having meals. Staff is courteous Hotel is on the main road, easily accessible Room was tidy and ready before we checked in Pay at check out option available Gujarati Breakfast, good quantity.
