Provided support and in making arrangements for get-together. Staff was very cooperative and flexible. Every guest enjoyed the stay and food also. We all met after 20 years...in 2003 we all did the Kailash Manasarovar yatra together.
This hotel has a location advantage, some rooms have road views. Appears to be a bit old property. Good for shorter stays.

The staff needs to be trained properly on how to treat the customer. The front desk staff way of talking to the customer is worst. The hotel does not have parking space to park vehicles. It is hard to locate this hotel and one needs to use maps only to go to this hotel. The rooms are small compare to other hotels located in the area. The service is worst as no one is giving the answer properly. The reception desk staff needs to be more polite with the customer as there is no professionalism or courtesy given to the customer.

it is a small pretty business class hotel with neat and tidy rooms at a decent pricing. i spend 4 nights on an official visit. the property is well placed. however the buffet breakfast was below average. the chauffing dishes were empty and juice was watery. more attention required in breakfast service and service staff should be more attentive in attending guest needs rather than just standing behind the buffet specially during breakfast.
