HOTEL SAYOOJYAM RESIDENCY - Hotel in Palakkad - Palakkad, India

There's no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The food is good though. Rooms are big but there's little space to move around as the bed occupies a major chunk of the room. The lobby has no fans or ventilation which makes it really hard to sit and talk with anyone as it is unbelievably hot. And there are cobwebs everywhere over the ceiling in the lobby. . Overall, its a okay experience. The staff are good overall. Courteous and friendly.

The stay was really nice . Complimentary break fast was amazing. The Hospitality was exceptional.staffs are very polite and helpful particularly Mr Jomon(receptionist). I would highly recommend Sayoojyam. Thanks

Staff not very courteous and service minded. Rooms not up to the mark. Plumbing issues and A/C snags were a constant headache. No hot water for bathing. But for a few ladies in house keeping and the one lady at the reception, rest all needs lessons in hospitality and services.

This place is little interior from the main road, but the place is really good..... very less parking in this place but good enough to park 2-3 cars...... the food in the restaurant is also good...... we had dinner which was economical..... the main thing was complimentary breakfast, amazing food.... they had different varieties of food for breakfast

A very sad experience. We were just baffled by how discourteous, insensitive and lacking in judgement the receptionist was who made my senior citizen parents wait for over an hour refusing the acknowledge the online booking and insisting on a separate payment. When we finally succeeded in making them understand we were again made to wait for change of rooms which were unkempt and dirty. They also refused to provide water which was supposed to be complimentary. Would recommend that folks summarily avoid this apology of a hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days with my family . Very good hospitality , service personnel and service was really good . Very comfort for family stay. Hasi's kitchen is commendable, very good food and service .

Nice stay. Good ambiance especialy the restaurant food and the attitude of the people in restaurant ..take care all the people that arrives in restaurant.. overeall was excellent happy
