The hotel is not up to the mark. They charged more and payment before check in. Sometimes they charge even more when you go there without payment. Rooms are in very bad condition. The service is also not impressive from the staff side. If one want to save few bucks......they are waiting for you. I prefer not to go this hotel for few less bucks. There are many more hotels in muzaffarpur who charge little more than this but service is quite good. Think twice before login to this hotel.

Worst hotel, room cost was 1600, room was full of insects and mosquitos. U can't use plug when there is no power. According to them they uses generator only at night. The have guiser but will not work. Not worth the money at all. edt: without being a customer how can i take pictures

It's Non Ac room is at very affordable price of 1500 for three people but I didn't like the pillow and the bed mattress quality it was very cheap mattress for a 3star hotel otherwise the food quality was awesome, If you are visiting Muzaffarpur,I reccomend you to stay in this but if you are coming in a car then you will not get a parking because from 8 Am to 10 PM there will be very much traffic so you have to keep the car in any other place so that is why I have deducted 2 Stars otherwise it's a nice hotel highly recommended
