As per my opinion i think all the staff are very soft and good. As I stayed here more than 3 days and I felt all things arranging like my flavour. Thanks! And also their rooms cleaning and the quality of food are remarkable.
Excellent hotel. Neat & Clean. Rooms are quite big with toilet and bathroom. They have the hot and cold water shower 24*7. All rooms are with AC, Fan, cable TV, Phone, tea maker cattle, cuboard a refrigerator, Wifi , and a king size bed . The hotel is located less than a kilometre from Baroda railway station, and Central Bus Stand. It is located just opposite to Circuit House, main gate. Circuit House, Alkapuri is situated at the most post+ area in Baroda. The staff of the hotel are excellent, they are very well mannered, cooperative, friendly and understandable. Food is very good especially, the vegetarian food.Else they have North Indian, Gujarati, and continental cousine . Their restaurant is neat and clean and very big. They have conference facility, a business centre, and a banquet hall which are well decorated. I recommend this hotel to stay at Baroda.
We had booked 19 rooms for marriage long back . When we came they told we can give only 18 rooms and one room we have shifted to another hotel .the breakfast was horrible. They don't serve water on the table. All the staff don't co ordinate among themselves. No one is intrested in hospitality. I have seen some dormitories far better then this one . I dont recommend.. Many other hotels are there around which is better then this one and with same cost . Raja and Natubhai both were arrogant to talk to all of us and not intrested in serving the visitors
The hotel rooms are not clean, Service is not very good. No napkins provided, no water bottles, No toothbrush and toothpaste, No body wash or soaps for bathing. Breakfast is worst ( served cold) and staff is rude. It shows 3 star hotel but room quality seems 1 star hotel. Not recommended.
I had ordered Matla chiken tandoori but when I tested the matla chiken that was not testy ...but when i order 1 year before the teast was vers well .but now not good . May be chef Has changed so pls give the test well pls ....
They have mentioned that they are 3 star hotel. But today on 27th july 2022, we have waited more than 40 minutes for our order at dinner time. Manager didnt pass our order to kitchen. After 40 minutes also he asked to wait for starter. When we said to cancel our order, arrogantly he said jao. Highly disappointed with service.
4 Airconditioners in the hall on 7th floor are absolutely in adequate. Dingy washrooms.
