I'm glad to review this place i like one of the best hotel in MP... Rooms are very clean and hygienic, Services are top notch, location is fine for me.... Pathetic service. They are charging even for a single water bottle. Without intimation they charged additional on my card. Water pressure is very low in washroom.Non responsive staff sitting at reception. Had worst experience.

I have visited at the venue for marriage function it was a great experience to be at the venue nice lawn pool is there service was good food is nice but the location is outside of the main city so the public transport is not available late night otherwise everything is good. My ratings 07/10

I called the hotel on 25th and booked and they promised on the call as well as at the hotel that the final price will be Rs. 2000. but when i checked out they asked me for additional money without any reason. the guy at the desk at the checkout time was not even aware of the price that i had negotiated and instead asked me to pay extra money before leaving the hotel. I asked him for a reason but he insisted that i pay the extra amount. I had to leave urgently, that is why I did not argue with him, but paid the extra amount of Rs. 240 even though I disagreed and asked him to call his manager. He said he will call the manager and get the extra money refunded. Now this guy has not given me any resolution even after 24 hours. He is blocking my phone numbers whenever I call him. Pathetic service from this hotel
Here's the thing. If you're a party to a wedding held in this hotel, be prepared to see some un-flushed public toilets and soiled floor. I wish I could upload some pictures but I couldn't gather the courage to point my phone at it.
Very bad food is Provided here and the owner is of very poor quality person

Considering Narsinghpur as small place, the hotel provides best possible service. Room service replies at earliest. Rooms are big and you have space to walk. But most rooms don't have any ventilation.
