It was a good budget stay for a business trip! Polite, Attentive and well mannered staff. Particularly the front end team at the reception were the best Latha, Deepa & Anuraag.

Everything was good except for the room service waiter who took rs 50/- for morning coffee and did not supply the coffee on my departure day on 14/9/2023

I booked the stay for 16 nights as a single lady and stayed there for a official trip. i leave the room by 9 am then reach back by 9 pm only. on 22nd May when I came back to my room I found men's inner wear being kept on my luggage and was shocked to see it. immediately i went to the manager and complained on the same, they showed no interest to hear me out and just ignored whatever i said. on top of that the AC was not working in my room from 21st and for that also they never resolved the complaint. i connected my husband from Chennai and he also spoke to the manager to check the CCTV and explain on the incident. they denied and next day they told us that only the house keeping staff went and cleaned the room. then how come this happened and they failed to explain. I was so scared to stay and i vacated the next day from there. as i have already paid for the entire stay they refused for a refund also for the days i didn't stay. the truth is that they have rented my room to other guests knowing that i will not return before 9 pm. the behaviour of the staffs was so alarming and no safety at all.

Worst experience. We always try to make things beautiful, but don't go with my photographs, they are beautiful, but the residing experience is too bad. Starting from reception upto their room services - all are horrible. Rooms are okay, price is not at par industry, quite on higher side.

Now it is run by the new management from North India all terms and conditions changed, for the last 25 years this hotel check out time 24 hours , now 12 noon which is a major change .

Hotel is very near to pvr mall and smart bazar very near to metro all facilities available It's in panjagitta Especially front office people are polite Basant and Latha Breakfast is available Budget price for family and alone

Everything thing was good , the maintainance was also very good .. there is no negative words about room and maintenance and front office staff .
