Restaurant Review: A Mixed Experience with Room for Improvement My recent visit to a local restaurant left me with mixed feelings. While the food was satisfactory, I found the overall experience somewhat dampened by the excessive waiting times. Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately struck by its charming decor and cozy ambiance. The place had a rustic charm, and the atmosphere seemed ideal for a pleasant dining experience. However, my enthusiasm began to wane as soon as we were seated. It took an unusually long time for a server to acknowledge our presence and take our drink orders. While I understand that restaurants can get busy, the lack of communication and attention to our table was disheartening. After what felt like an eternity, our drinks finally arrived, and we proceeded to place our food orders. The menu offered a decent selection, but nothing particularly stood out or sounded extraordinary. When the food finally arrived, I must admit it was just okay. The dishes were adequately prepared, but there was nothing memorable or outstanding about them. It felt like the restaurant played it safe with flavors, and the dishes lacked the creativity and excitement that I had hoped for. To make matters worse, the waiting time between courses was painfully long. We found ourselves waiting for extended periods between appetizers, main courses, and even for the dessert menu. It made the dining experience feel dragged out and somewhat frustrating. The server's attentiveness remained inconsistent throughout the meal. While some staff members seemed genuinely apologetic about the delays, others appeared indifferent to our concerns. On a positive note, the restaurant's ambiance was pleasant, and the seating was comfortable. However, the issue with the service overshadowed these positives, leaving me with an underwhelming experience overall. In conclusion, while the restaurant had potential with its charming ambiance and satisfactory food, the excessive waiting times and inconsistent service detracted significantly from the overall experience. I believe that addressing these issues and adding a touch of culinary creativity to their dishes could transform this restaurant into a more memorable and enjoyable dining destination. Rating: (2/5)

They're famous in this vicinity. Not much variety. But good in taste and quality food. Tried chicken noodles with chicken 65. Was really nice.

I had food from here 2 times and both times I had food poisoning and my stomach was upset. The taste of food is good but the quality of nonveg items needs to be inspected .

Food was very good. Prawn 65 was awesome. Vegetarian meals was good too. Very casual South Indian hotel to dine in on way to Kanyakumari or back to Tirunelveli. Service levels and infrastructure inside could have been better.
