Hotel is not upto mark according to the price. Rooms are not good. Washroom has drainage issue. Water clog all over floor where you bath. No professionalism. Look for better hotel in this price. I paid 2400. I have stayed in much better hotel in this price.

We went for a official visit and stayed there twice on two different days. Extremely pleased with the rooms and the facilities. The room size was very nice and the standard delux room had a nice sunrise view. The bathroom was clean and the AC was very efficient even in mid June summer.

Dear Banquet Hall Owner, I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the way your banquet hall was managed during my engagement event. It was supposed to be a memorable and joyous occasion, but it turned into an absolute disaster, and I feel the need to bring this to your attention so that you are aware of how your establishment is being run. Firstly, I paid a significant amount for the event, with the expectation that my guests and I would be treated to a wonderful evening with good food and service. However, to my dismay, no food and drinks were provided throughout the event. When my fiancee and I finally sat down to eat, the food was served cold not just to us but also to our family and guests. This was embarrassing and completely unacceptable. Additionally, we had specifically requested for dinner to be served at 9 PM, but it was inexplicably delayed until 10:30 PM. The delay was not communicated to us, and as a result, some of our guests had to leave without having any food at all. This lack of professionalism and disregard for our schedule and the well-being of our guests was highly disappointing. Furthermore, the decorations, which were supposed to enhance the ambiance of the event, were completely different from what we had requested. We had requested the opportunity to speak to the decorator a few days before the event to ensure that our vision was properly executed, but your staff denied us this basic courtesy. As if the above issues were not enough, the accommodations provided by your hall were also a letdown. We had booked more than 15 rooms with you, all of which were meant to be triple occupancy. We specifically asked for extra beds to be placed in all the rooms, but our request was ignored. The housekeeping service was poorly managed, with only one person bringing one mattress at a time, causing me to stay up until 1 AM trying to sort out the sleeping arrangements for my guests. Some of the rooms were in appalling conditions, with flooded toilets, making it impossible for my family to use them, forcing them to seek alternatives in other rooms. (Some room were good but overall experience was very bad) In conclusion, my experience at your banquet hall was nothing short of a nightmare. I had envisioned my engagement day to be a joyous and unforgettable event, but it was tarnished by the incompetence and negligence displayed by your staff. The exorbitant amount of money I paid to host this event at your establishment was not justified in any way. I hope that you take this review seriously and take immediate steps to rectify the issues and improve the overall management and service quality of your banquet hall. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Pros: The property is an excellent value for money. The room was spacious and comfortable. Service was good. Cons: The door lock system is either inconvenient, or requires maintenance. Kids play area is a simple open space.

I am a Sales guy travelling across the country I have been to many properties but the kind of service and responce I have experienced here is worst ever. There was no towel in the bathing area.I had to use the hand towel which was having blood strains.I had complained the same to the director regarding this who said that those strains were fresh as if I have scripted the whole thing.He was in a denial mode for his incompetence and unprofessional behaviour. Kitchen takes around 45 mins to cook a normal meal. I would prefer to stay in a railway platform if all Haldwani hotels are full other than staying in this hotel because I don't want to carry any disease. Any one can tell looking to this image ki strains kitne purane hain.

Nice hotel located at perfect place in Haldwani close to Kathgodam and market and on Nainital road. Ample car parking within hotel compound..food is good...rooms are spacious..beds and mattress are well maintained and comfortable. Room service is well maintained...although one of the oldest hotels of haldwani it will require few updates like lifts maintenance, updates in washroom area..but overall nice place to stay with Family..

The hotel is really good, easy to locate and the food is very good too.The amenities and service is excellent too. My experience is great as the staff is really cooperative and the hotel js good with professional behaviour.The food is excellent too.

Poor hotel, dont go by the pictures. The hotel is old and you should book an oyo instead. Its a v old property. No pressure in the taps. I took bath in droplets of water. Mattresses are old and can give you backache as they are bent from the centre. I had to ask for the towel multiple times as there was no towel in the bathroom. I can go on n on n on! To sum it up, book any other property just don't go by the size of the rooms as thats the only thing good apart from the hotel being at the prime location.
