Hotel Satyam International - Hotel in Gaya - Gaya, India

One word - Pathetic Booked two AC room at Rs 5200 including breakfast. The rate itself is very high compared to the hotel. Bedsheets & pillows covers were torn and had stain when we them to change nobody bothered to change it. The rate was including breakfast but there was no breakfast available in Hotel. We we told we paid to makemytrip for free breakfast then they bought 4 puri & curry from nearby local street vendor. Makemytrip took rs 250 per head but we got 4 puri & curry of 40 rupees. Idiot Manager & staffs. They don't have sense of service Rowady people don't go there

Went with my family for Bihar exam. 1. Very dirty and torn bedsheets. 2. Very dirty Pillows. 3. AC not working. Call hotel service and they will tell it's exam time so hotel is full. No service will be provided. stay or go. Had to stay at 45 degree Celsius for 2 days. 3. No dustbins. 4. No TV. Terrible experience. Never stay at this place.

This is a very good place to stay. The nice thing about this hotel was cleanliness. Gaya gets lakhs of visitors during paksha maas, and its easy to not maintain cleanliness of the place citing various reasons. But Hotel Satyam international was good throughout. They provided a very good level of service throughout and maintained the cleanliness both inside the rooms and outside in their hotel. This was quite commendable. It is good with all other attributes too, walkable distance from the railway station, good food and i would say overall its a good value for money in Gaya. The manager of this place Miss Seema is very effective, she single handedly looks after this place 24 x 7 efficiently and is very responsive of customers requests.

Worst hotel 4th floor room smelling very disgusting because there is toilet gas pipe very near to your bathroom. Room lock broken Room ac chocked There is no option to give them minus rating if there is any option I will definitely give them -100 rating. Very disappointed Please don't go here . No food arrangement . Bed bugs are there in bed . Rates are very high. -100 star rating they deserve. Pillow cover see in image . I will request to all please don't book this hotel in any circumstances.

It was the worst experience of my life in terms of hotel stay. Room condition was somewhat manageable but there was no hospitality in this hotel. They do not have adequate numbers of staff to facilitate the guest. There are only one staff at reception. The towel condition was one of the worst , you can not even touch such towel forget using them to wipe your face.Even they do not deserve Rs. 1500 per night for such stay. Maximum charges for such rooms should not be more than RS 1000/-. Only positive any this hotel is that it is near to Railway Station.

Very pathetic hotel and it's services owner and staffs are uneducated they don't know how to talk with customers. Owner only available in morning and late night but not at around 12 pm in checkout time so that you can't complain anything to owner whatever complain about room and services you can talk to reception, they cry we don't know anything if you cut any amount then the owner cut amount from there salary very smart move by owner so that you never meet owner at checkout time. Chor hai sale sab ke sab, I advise don't stay at this hotel Better go to ashram.

It is an incredible hotel and is very near to railway station. Rooms are very spacious, clean and have very nice furniture and an attached bathroom. Room service is good and the food is also nice although it could be better. Staff is well behaved and very helpful. Excellent value for money. Overall had a great time definitely going to recommend it to everyone else.

Service is very very very poor. I booked 2 room for 1 day with early check-in and I have paid 7,500/- => I have paid 3,750/room for one day with early checking. 1) No intercom in the room so if you want something you have to go to ground floor at reception. 2) Hot water not available in bathroom and when I ask for hot water they sating that they have only 1 rod and other customer are using it and once its free then only they provide. 3) I ask for tea then they say for 2 cup of tea it will take half an hour to 1 hour. 4) In Room there is TV without set-top box and have to request 2 times then after 2 hours they provide set-top box. Never ever visit this hotel in future and never recommend this hotel to any one.
