Hotel Saturn Residency - Hotel in Surendranagar - Surendranagar, India

Budget hotel Budget facility. Conned with check out time despite knowing arrival at early morning 4'o clock. Had to pay a rental for 2 days. I was asked to check out at 9 (didn't mention morning or night ) i agreed as I had to leave at night. But in the morning they asked me mercilessly to check out n i was surprised but as I had things to do in town. I told them that I will pay for another day. So I paid double. Find another hotel or any other accommodation if you get time and opportunity. If not. Stay there with your conditions.

The location was good, and the room was cleaned, but it can be improved

Decent place. Very polite manager/owner. Very helpful and courteous. Highly recommended. Dont expect 5 star hotel. But perfect for basic needs. Got water to decent bedding. Everything nicely provided.

Well rooms are very basic. Amd rates are very high. But you will not find many options in surendranagar. Ok for an overnight stay

1- its not Hotel but a highend Dharmasala, 2- Even after pre confirmation given by Hotel about availability of card swapping machine, when I checked in, they relieved that they dont have it, so, either you have to pay by cash or by any payment app. Yes, they lied earlier when I called and asked about card machine. 3- They clearly told that restaurant is available at Hotel, after check in I have been informed that restaurant is in non working conditions. At Least I was lucky to have many good restaurant in surrounding area. here even a small glass of milk was not available. staff went out side and purchased milk for me and serve. so, if you are hungry after full day work and expecting to take dinner in room, then you will surely disappointed. 4- Lots of renovation work is pending. anybody can watch in room from outside corridor from the gap of damage doors. 5- Intercom is not in working conditions, obviously expected. 6- Parking is roadside. 8- There are few advantages, firstly, staff is very good and ready to serve you eagerly. 8-AC, TV and Hot water is in good conditions. 9-In breakfast you can eat some regular Gujarati snacks like Poha, Thepla and Gathiya. that it, not many item. Overall, Its seems like only staff wants to run this hotel for being employed, tariffs are almost equal to other far better hotel, So, I think it's is better to spend your and your company's hard earn money at other place where you can find value for money.

An old liftman helps me alot here the owner was really good but the managing person (llittle brother) short haired man on desk was so rude, i was about to left but owner comes up and settled all down

Really a nice and calm place to stay. Some shortcomings won't disappoint you. Everything is good. Personal and enough space.
