The rooms were clean. The view was also good. Overall service was up to the mark as well. The food can be better. Almost everything that I ordered was not fresh. Rather seemed like it was made a day earlier. I think it's a bit costly. Not completely worth the price.

A very expensive room with dated decor. Very bad breakfast. (Do not opt for the complimentary breakfast) Room service was a disaster. Asked for dessert was told I would get a call back (didn't get any) Later tried calling no one received the call. Would I recommend anyone this hotel? ABSOLUTELY NOT

I have had a horrible expierence with Mr abhilash For my engagement I had booked satkar , I'm okay with them not negotiating prices of rooms. That's not the reason for one star It's the way Mr abhilash speaks to his clients. Arrogance at its peak. I thought the one thing which is mandatory for anyone in hotel management , is to know how to talk to your clients Maybe you need to train your "staff" well and not make them talk so disgracefully. It felt like they are doing a huge favour on us. It's our hard earned money that makes your hotel run So respect your clients Disgraceful attitude. They know reviews don't matter to them , their hotel is going to run and do business irrespective of anything Would not recommend for weddings.

The hotel was good the only issue faced was that they do not provide additional key cards to the guests staying in their hotel. It gets extremely difficult to operate if a member of the family is not available in the room.

The hotel & food was very good, the staff service is very much helpful Overall I will suggest only needs to t.c. of some maintenance part like - swimming pool

We stayed here for three days for a business trip. Considering they are 3 star hotel, their rooms amd services are great. Staffs are well behaved and organized. Ww checked in at 1 am due to flight delay, yet, the check-in was super smooth. The place is properly maintained and clean. Room service was satisfactory. All amenities were available in the room. Most of the rooms have excellent outside view due to the location of this hotel. Food quality was admiring, specially their breakfast is top class.

I had a very bad experience like while checking out the hotel team verified the room and said one hand towel is missing even after i informed that i havenot used any towel they didnot believe and made me to wait ...finally i had to go to the room again and show the place where the towel was hanging to the person..it was so embarrassing moment for me

Quaint stay, though it's highly priced. Rooms are very clean and the food is yummy. Good location too.
