Hotel Sathi - Hotel in Bolpur, Kakali - Birbhum, India

New rooms in the ground floor are very high prices with very low facilities. Door locks are not working. Rooms are without any foot mat and Television is also not working.

Staf behaviour is very darty , & service is very poor , no one book this hotel

Location is fine, we had booked 2 rooms 302 and 308 but room 302 had window AC, was made a lot of sound when it was on, remote was not there we had to operate manually. for using hot water we had to call to reception to on the Geyser. intercom phones were just for show. Staff were very much unprofessional. and room 308 had no Geyser. even they do not have a proper car parking, for that had one damage on my car. and Room service was pathetic, and rooms were not clean and hygienic. There are lot of options at Shantiniketan now a days.

I have find out only Deluxe room of second floor (Adjacent to balcony) is good. I have checked other rooms too, but they are no so good.. Geyser on my room was in working condition at night, but at morning it didn't work. There check out time was 11:30am ,, but some people arrived and wanted to stay in that room,, so from 11:10 am they are asking to check out.. After covid, they didn't start their restaurant service but they provide some lunch, dinner items, Tea coffee etc at room but the utensils are really dirty i must say. Staff behavior was good to me.

Very poor service,very dirty rooms and bathroom, bad food

We visited Hotel Sathi at Shantineketan..we loved the hotel..its nice place to stay...hospitality is quite good...approprite location..we didn't stay at their hotel...but we took food..but they displayed their rooms but no doubt...its upto the mark...as a whole its too neat & clean...

Good staffs, nice and comfortable rooms, though due to some other boarders, we could not sleep at night. One issue is with delayed service. We had to remind again and again for things. A kind of bad smell was coming from one of the washrooms. So we had to ask for room freshner.

Worst experience ever. Haunted place. Couldn't sleep at night due to certain reasons. Rates are also too high for this kind of hotel. Geysers and tvs did not work. Drinking water is also not available. Please do not put your self at risk by staying in this hotel.
